"Speechify is absolutely brilliant. Growing up with dyslexia this would have made a big difference. I’m so glad to have it today."
Sir Richard BransonI feel like the search and find archive function still needs some work, I'm not sure what exactly but it doesn't' feel super intuitive. A part from that it serves a great purpose.

Scrintal is a visual note-taking and mind mapping tool that helps people think clearly and write creatively. It is an online whiteboard that allows you to visually organize, group, and connect your ideas. As a result, you can see both the high-level overview and the details of your notes in one place. In Scrintal, unlike other mind maps, you can write and add as many images or media as you want, and connect each piece with backlinks.
I love Vowel's transcript feature and the shared notes. It's great to be able to pull up a past meeting and search the transcript for exactly what you need. The shared notes are also great--you can collaborate in real time and see who is contributing on the notes doc. You can share links live. You can then save those notes and meetings easily so that anyone on your team can access them. It's a really great internal collaboration tool.

With video conferencing, live transcription, immediate recordings, and collaborative agendas + notes – all in one location – Vowel is a technology that makes your meetings wonderfully effective. Other platforms, like as Zoom or Meet, let you see and hear each other, but it's difficult to work together and take action after meetings with them. Vowel makes it simpler to plan, take notes, revisit decisions, encourage inclusion, and maintain a knowledge base because all of your meeting "stuff" is in one location.
I find that Scrintal has given me a sense of clarity, and added the visual component to be able to see the connections between my different notes (Cards). I also love the fact that they ask us users for ideas on how to develop Scrintal further, and actually listen to us!

Scrintal has a good development team that listens to feedback and constantly improves Scrintal based on it. Otherwise, my favorite thing about Scrintal in general is its concept: combining the best of Roam (easy linking) and whiteboards or mind maps (visual thinking).

The minimalist design makes it extremely easy to use. Flexible. This software offers a unique experience since it combines information gathering and building relations among these information units in a complete unstructured form. So, anyone in the process of knowledge creation can benefit from it and follow their creative path inside it.

The built-in note-taking features are great and very helpful to have on hand during meetings. It integrates very well with Calendar software and compared to similar chat app options, this is an easy-to-use and intuitive option for meeting with colleagues.

I love the features that Vowel offers, especially the transcription! It allows you to record off and on and transcribes it for you that you can download any time after the call. You can even add markers so that you can come back to certain times in the meeting easily. My team has fun pushing different emojis throughout the conversations, and the agenda and meeting notes are key!
- Courtney V.
The only downside to vowel so far is that it doesn't have servers globally, so if you have team members in Asia it can sometimes have intermittent quality, but nothing that is deal-breaking.
