I like Sendinblue because I can import all of my contacts which I can use for marketing/email updates and more. It's very easy to set up and start email campaigns in 2 minutes. I found this tool very quickly to initiate my email campaigns by using a few ready-made templates too. It also gives me a report on how my campaigns performed on that particular list.

It's quite a mess and very unpleasant experience
Also the transition between drag&drop and raw HTML is not so direct as I would expect
