Our company has been using the Hodford's Send Smith Email Marketing Platform the past 10 years and we have found their delivery engine to be extremely robust and user friendly. In fact, they have even customized SendSmith to suite our unique business requirements. As a major part of our business we need a partner who is both responsive to our needs and system that both ourselves and our customers can rely to deliver emails in a timely fashion and provide comprehensive, objective reports.

Email marketing is to me the best marketing tool to reach our audience but we need to have the right tool to succeed in our operations. I believe Symplify is the right tool for that. We can do virtually anything with this software in terms of segmentation and personalization. My business is not big enough to take advantage of all the functionalities that it offers, but I wish I had access to it in my previous job in a big media where we send tons of email.
