It used to work well once I could get it to read a document. Though it could have used a return to top of document feature as I’m using it to listen to books. But now all of a sudden, it’s not giving me any audio. I’ve tried restarting my phone, new documents, updating the app, nothing works. So I’m going to have to find a different one.

TTSReader is a lightweight online text reader that may be accessed at ttsreader.com and works straight out of the box. There is no requirement for installation. There are no downloads. No login. Compatible with every web browser and any device, regardless of where you are. Because TTS Reader remembers the text that was being read and its place, you can always pick up playing from exactly where you left off. You also have the option of manually setting the caret location, after which you can hit the "Play" button to begin playback from the newly selected position. In addition to that, it is able to load ebooks, PDF files, and text files. And it is even capable of recording itself (on a Windows machine). You have the ability to select the language, the voice, and the speed at which the text is read. And when you return, it will remember your choices just as you left them. Absolutely no charge. I wish i could have kept it as it is I cant understand the accent of the default reader, but i will try again later as this app evolves . The speed controls is jarring as well. But i love that this is a app that is intuitive and not subscription based

have a lot of homework that I need to read for, but I’m always getting distracted by my phone so having the app on my phone and my homework on my I pad and I’m without distractions. It really helps me do my work. I can just look up what I need to read, copy it, then past it into the app and I’ve got my work don’t like that. The is the best app and I’m glad I got it. I gotta say, I was skeptical at first but it really helped

This app truly does embetter my life. It makes studying easy & fun- especially on the go. The fact that you can control the voice speed makes it even better. Sometimes I might read along, or just have it going in the background (to try to absorb and retain as much knowledge as possible). A big 5*'s from me!
