Its easy to use. Easy to work with several teams by using group filters. Easy to apply pre-set filters to incoming emails and prioritize.Easy to follow the email thread and to see earlier conversation with the person. Also nice to create tickets to colleagues or other teams. I also like the way we can automatically tag incoming tickets and the ways the ticket show if its new, pending or responded.

The best features of Slack are its innovative interface and easy to use features
Slack makes it simple, and even kind of fun, to communicate with your coworkers quickly
Slack also makes it very easy to start a video chat with a coworker, or even a larger group meeting which has been very helpful when working remotely
Slack also makes it easy to integrate google apps with it so you can access your documents easily too.
Cons
Slack is very effective at what it provides and I have not had any major issues or complaints against it
The only downside I can really come up with is that Slack is less common than Microsoft Office 365, so if you are planning to use Slack outside of your own team/company, then it may be harder to coordinate as a company may not have Slack and use Teams instead.
