Slack is a great way to manage teams and chat. It has public and private channels which make it easier to handle chats with employees and clients. It is customizable as per the requirements and an easy way to transfer files instantly. As it is focused on business, it has a lot of integration to increase the productivity.

Its easy to use. Easy to work with several teams by using group filters. Easy to apply pre-set filters to incoming emails and prioritize.Easy to follow the email thread and to see earlier conversation with the person. Also nice to create tickets to colleagues or other teams. I also like the way we can automatically tag incoming tickets and the ways the ticket show if its new, pending or responded.

The only downside I can really come up with is that Slack is less common than Microsoft Office 365, so if you are planning to use Slack outside of your own team/company, then it may be harder to coordinate as a company may not have Slack and use Teams instead. |
