My compliance department introduced SmartVault instead of google drive or another service. I couldn't be happier! And, the integration with docusign is awesome. My clients find it easy to work with.

The software is only document storage and not the best one. It is supposed to integrate with Intuit tax software (Prosystems, etc.), but if you use something different (I am on CCH), you are out of luck. Customer service is horrible and not worth the time you spend contacting them. Please read my Cons section for more impressions.

The software is customer friendly and user interface is understandable so that many of our departments can fully use the software to design appropriate contracts. The dashboard helps significantly with timeline, milestones, and key date achievements. The feature that alerts to contract renewal dates and process is a great benefit to our team.

Amazingly user friendly, helps a lot on creating templates. During the free trial, I was able to run stuff effectively, it easy and intuitive interface! My first impression is that they give the sensitivity regarding managing contracts. Plus, they offers 2 factor authentication and good version control.
