I’ve always been so frustrated with my dyslexia. It just gets in the way and slows me down. This app is a huge help in getting past the barriers that my dyslexia throws at me. I just wish I could pay monthly for the app. The annual chunk is at much for me to do all at once.

To the team at TextAloud, I love you guys. Your product helped me get my second master's degree. I was able to read so much more material since I was able to convert it and listen as I drove or worked, and it ultimately gave me back 15 hours or more a week in which I could do homework. When it came to my reading on scientific journals and more, TextAloud allowed me to do the unheard of and actually read them. That never happened before. TextAloud also made me a better writer. Great For People With ADHD I recently started using this app and can already see a huge difference in my productivity. It helps me so much with my homework and I’m able to focus a lot easier, if you’re a person that prefers to be read to or can’t focus by yourself this app is for you!

I've used TextAloud every day since ALS robbed me of speech, and use it with Dasher to communicate. It's been my link to those I love for eight years or more. TextAloud has kept me purposeful. Disability robs purpose from our life, but TextAloud greatly mitigated my loss by providing the capacity of verbal communication. I first got the software for Windows XP or 2000, and for every upgrade, the NextUp techs have been there for me. It's probably the only software I've used steadily and seamlessly through a half dozen operating systems. My hospice nurses and doctors marvel at my ability to dialogue with them. I tell you my world would be diminished without TextAloud. I can't express how grateful I am to its developers.

I am a very satisfied NextUp customer. I started using TextAloud for my college classes as I am not the best student in the world and could use the extra help. Getting PDF files of the books and reading along with the audio made it much easier to remember the material. I also used it for long articles, going over my resume, and for work manuals. It is one thing to try and read an extremely boring regulation, and another to let it play in the background and find the sections that are most important to you (and still know the rest at least a little). I also use TextAloud on a lot of materials I might have not even bothered to read. Like a friend who says 'you should read this' when I really don’t want to or have the time -- but with TextAloud I can listen as I drive in to work or when I am out to lunch. Purchasing TextAloud has been one of my better purchases in life. I know that seems a bit outlandish but I use more often than not. Many thanks from a happy customer!

I've used TextAloud for a number of years to help with my writing. I am, admittedly, a technology novice, but I know what I like, and TextAloud has been invaluable for editing, as it lets me hear missing words my brain supplies when I read -- as well as other things ears detect when eyes are on autopilot.
