"EASY AND SIMPLE" What do you like best about Spotler? It's just an easy and simple app where can shuffle and change tracks with current playlist while you're still doing something else. It makes have this mindsets of being closer to your favourite artist or playlist a kind of and with awesome audio qualities.

"Great onboarding and support" What do you like best about Spotler? We have been using the Spotler email marketing package for a few months now and we are happy with the email platform so far. The onboarding and training have been outstanding. They make sure that you're happy with using the email platform and have given us 10 hours of training. They even set up our first campaign for us. The reporting has good detail in terms of being able to filter per email/ campaign. The emails have an easy drag and drop editor and Spotler also designed our first templates for us which we were quickly able to implement within our campaigns. Dynamic content has also proved useful for personalisation, where multiple fields can be set as criteria.

"Does the Job but a long way to go" What do you like best about Leadsquared Marketing Automation? It is a comprehensive tool. This is the first CRM tool I had used and it gave a lot of features that helped me manage my lead data. Easy to add and export leads. I can link this to my phone and track activity as well. It can add the feature of integrating email to leadsquared which would make the job easier for sales reps. Tasks can be arranged and simplified with a better view. Cons
Follow up email logic can take a while to setup but that was because we didn't purchase the workflow add on which I believe can be purchased
Lead scoring isn't as accurate as we have in other email platforms
It is not as user friendly as some packages

LeadSquared is doing a great job in providing a detailed dashboard of all the campaigns and these dashboards are very informative and easy to understand

bounce rate
click rate
etc
LeadSquared is great when it comes to 100% inbox delivery rate and I can say that this is one of the best features in it
LeadSquared's user interface is very easy to understand and easy to use as well

Cons
LeadSquared is a little bit expensive compared to other slimmer products, so they need to think about it
Sometimes LeadSquared gets stuck when I use it to run a large campaign, I would like them to improve this
LeadSquared creates a problem in slow internet connections, so I guess this is also an improvement area for them.
