I'm currently searching for another appointment system that has some of the features square is lacking, there's just many things Square should offer for the beauty industry that they don't and for such a big company they would be such a small changes I don't understand why they don't initiate them.

I love that I don't have to do all the work. Once things are set up it allows the client to schedule and automatically sends an email with the zoom already inserted. Saves time and energy when I can be preparing for the session and not caught up in sending out a zoom invite each time

I liked how simple it was to confirm and book appointments
The reminders are great too they send out
What I liked the most about square appointments was the ease of being able to input my information about my schedule so clients would be able to create appointments effortlessly
It also works great with google calendar which is a major plus for me

Cons
I have tried two other online schedule systems prior to square
Both proved to be complicated and confusing for myself and my clients causing many missed appointments by both of us
If you encounter a problem it can be very difficult to find the contact number for customer service through the square site
The only problem with it is that typically our clients just want black and white, yes or no, a or b
We set up the schedule, blocked out times, and were able to make exceptions."

Editor could be a bit more user-friendly, initial setup quite complicated
Other than that, not much comes to mind.Would be great to know the response times that apply to each of the categories for the tickets, eg low, medium, high and urgent, and also what issues constitute what category.Like ant application it can get a bit slow if the resources are not in place.
