"Speechify is absolutely brilliant. Growing up with dyslexia this would have made a big difference. I’m so glad to have it today."

Most popular feedback for Station

Where do I even begin? I have multiple emails, multiple Slack channels, a Skype account, online accounting, linkedin, dropbox, calendar, google drive... and so many more ALL in one place in an easily clickable app workspace. I don't have to have all of these apps open at the same time, and I get desktop notifications for each one in real time!

About Station

Station helps you find key information scattered across hundreds of apps thanks to a unified search nested in your browser. Whenever you need to access or share any document, task, and information, Station instantly resurfaces the most relevant results intelligently as you go about your work. No more switching through apps, tabs, or asking your co-workers. Station makes information actionable with Power-ups: check your team's latest edits and comments in Google Drive or join your next call instantly without opening your Calendar. You can customize Station to your workflow with tons of other views like pins, frequently visited pages, and more. We're currently working on collaborative features to help teams automatically organize all the knowledge they share across cloud services (like Google Drive), knowledge bases (Notion or Airtable), task managers, and more. Request access to our Beta and be among the first to test it.

Most popular feedback for OmniFocus

very flexible and fluid. It hides a lot of features in the interface gracefully, so they're there when you need them, but not drawing attention away from your work. Between views, projects, and tags, whatever your individual workflow for task planning, it can probably handle it.

Station reviews

What I like the most about station is that you can have all those apps that you use daily for productivity, monitoring, communication or simply have everything organized and even click away between one app and another

- Juan D.

The best thing about Station is the fact I can have all my favorite applications all in one place, it makes my life a heck of a lot easier and I can now operate more efficiently and be more constructive

- Ewan J.

Compared to the competitors starting to spring up, Station has the smoothest UI. I only have two apps open on my machine now; Chrome in order to google to the occasional thing and watch YouTube, and then Station to do EVERYTHING else I need to throughout my day.

- Tim W.

OmniFocus reviews

Easy to use, UI and UX focus on task management, and synchronization between desktop and iOS devices.

- Nicolas V. Chef de projet

Gives you all the possibilities to taylor for your own needs

- Frank-Thomas N. Owner and MD

I love the ability to organize my projects both for home and for work, and sharing with my partner and colleagues to collaborate on shared project tasks. It's easy to see at a glance where we're at.

Pros & cons

Station

Pros
Everything is organized
Easy to use
Save time.
Cons
There are some glitches for certain sites
Rash or the page won’t load
Minor bugs.

OmniFocus

Pros
It helps keep me on track
When I'm doing GTD well and doing my Weekly Reviews (which Omnifocus supports very well) then I'm staying on track with my life
For me, people marvel at how I stay calm and focused in the midst of accomplishing so much, and this is my secret
Useable on multiple devices, this is great, can start work on any device and continue edit on others smoothly
Flexible set up with project and tagging
Omnifocus has been great for me to stay up to date on all the projects that I am responsible for at our church and has been extremely helpful in allowing me to stay on task every day."
Cons
My main complaint is that it isn't on all platforms (Apple and non-apple)
I would feel completely lost without OmniFocus and have attempted to use some other workaround software but it failed miserably, doesn't even come close
I abandoned it because there was too much maintenance, tagging, and clicking
I also miss a feature to calculate availability/capacity."
