This can include a To-Do List for the day or week, a draft of an email I want to send, or on the fly notes during planned or unplanned meetings. I love this tool. It's exactly what I need, and customization is a breeze. If you're new to task boards and/or have a smaller, simpler team or workflows, start with this before you dive into the deep end with Atlassian or other products, especially if your focus is more on "seeing the big picture" than keeping a detailed log of work across a large number of team members

There was mention of an alert or notification system on page 2 of this survey. I'm not aware that stickies has this capability but if it did, that would be awesome. Not only would I have the stickie prominently displayed on my desktop, I would also have the ability for the stickie to alert or notify me when a task was due.

Use in combination with Todoist, combining it through Zapier. This way I have the best of both worlds and I manage the work using few resources.

This is the best tool I can find for the task I wanted to achieve in my organization. We don't really use this as Project Management, rather we use it as Todo List for employees and the Kanban Board makes provides swimlanes which we assign to employees and they can add their tasks and prioritize them. This tool has been a great help to our daily task management.
