While working, requests and small details are coming my way constantly. To keep track of them, I use Stickies. This can include a To-Do List for the day or week, a draft of an email I want to send, or on the fly notes during planned or unplanned meetings. I love Stickies and always suggest tell my coworkers to use them!

Plutio is an All in One Client Portal Game Changer What do you like best about Plutio? Plutio includes all of the traditional features of a client portal like tasks, kaban boards, time tracking, milestone etc, and take a giant leap over the competition offering Invoicing, Subscription Management, Internal Chat, with the ability to White Label the portal and domain. So far the only pain point has been with integrations with companies for Intercom and ability to editing a subscription without having to have a client re-fill out CC info. Giving clients the ability to login to one location to view progress, updates, communication and manage files.

For a low-cost, I am able to easily use an application to stay organized either while in a brainstorming mode OR in a let's-get-stuff-done kinda mode.

There was mention of an alert or notification system on page 2 of this survey. I'm not aware that stickies has this capability but if it did, that would be awesome. Not only would I have the stickie prominently displayed on my desktop, I would also have the ability for the stickie to alert or notify me when a task was due.

"Great Project Management Focused CRM" What do you like best about Plutio? The client billing features on this tool are amazing. I can create custom proposals, contracts, and invoices from within the program. From there I can send them to clients where they can e sign and accept the terms and even pay their bill directly. The white label features of this product keep things looking professional as well. There's also a client portal so customers can keep track of their projects and invoices easily. Plutio has changed how I operate my business!

"Plutio to track your projects" What do you like best about Plutio? Plutio is an easy platform to use. It's available via their portal using a web browser or desktop app. You can easily switch from different client accounts with fully customizable tabs. There are many features I've yet to unlock. "The perfect project management tool for agencies" What do you like best about Plutio? Simply log into your portal and you have all the detiails about your project in one place. Plutio makes it easy to stay organized and on track with your service-based product. There are a lot of new features coming. We use the platform to manage active clients, their projects, their tasks and events. There is a live web chat feature that you can embed on your website to allow prospects to communicate. Plutio has a roadmap full of great ideas but they have been slow to develop. Sometimes over 2 years.
