It has everything an agile software development team needs. It has an easy interface, easier than Jira and that was it for us. Most importantly we like that it has checklist available for each story and hence we can add tips and guides to each story for our developers which they can verify and check before they start the story.

There was mention of an alert or notification system on page 2 of this survey. I'm not aware that stickies has this capability but if it did, that would be awesome. Not only would I have the stickie prominently displayed on my desktop, I would also have the ability for the stickie to alert or notify me when a task was due.
