Streak vs Nowsta

"You need Streak for sales CRM if you're using google suite!!" What do you like best about Streak? Seamless interface right inside your gmail with the CRM tools. When a customer emails you, you automatically see everything about that account from your email. Your teammates can see all interactions as well. It's totally customizable and very easy to create your own tools specific to what you want to know and track about customers and the sales process / cycle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Streak? I love the desktop features and need to spend more time in the iOS for iPhone because I haven't used it much and there must be some synch tools I'm missing out on. We stopped printing documents when we started using streak, and everyone was comfortable changing the SOPs because of the transparency and easy interface in streak. We use streak across departments, so it's benefiting cross departmental communication. It greatly helps us incorporate remote working into our daily operations, for any team member to be wherever they need to be and still tap into all of our sales and orders/customer platforms.

everything you need & nothing you don't" What do you like best about Streak? Having a CRM implemented into my main communication funnel has been crucial in how smooth & organize I am with my contacts. My inbox of deals, projects, and support tickets is always organized as soon as I open Gmail. It's super easy to navigate to find the information quickly & efficiently.

What I like the most about Streak is that it is easy to use as a powerful worksheet over Gmail - and when you go deeper it´s a powerful CRM like no other, and a lot more! "Never been so efficiently staffed!" What do you like best about Nowsta? We started using NOWSTA almost 2 years ago and it has made scheduling so much more efficient. We use it throughout our company - from servers and bartenders, to kitchen, warehouse, and office workers. The platform is user friendly for both schedulers and staff. I have been the Staffing Coordinator for DSquared Hospitality Company for almost 13 years and we have never been fully staffed so early for our events! And I don't have to rely on temporary staff as much anymore because we are staffed more efficiently. Thank you NOWSTA! Problems of staff not being able to quickly and easily view and accept shifts have been solved. The whole platform is easy for me to use as a Staffing Coordinator and make sure I am able to offer shifts to the right staff for the job. Because we are staffed more efficiently, I am able to rely less on temporary staffing companies, saving us money. We are able to use the system company-wide for many different types of laborers (as opposed to using multiple staffing platforms for service staff vs office staff or kitchen staff). This allows any manager to get an up-to-date report on staffing in their teams, departments, and company as a whole. Worker data is also easily accessible.
