A handy CRM with integration that works well for small businesses What do you like best about Streak? Streak's format is essentially what I think of as a clickable, expandable Excel spreadsheet. Having everything laid out clearly when opening pipelines is important to me and how I stay organized within my own brain, so this is definitely a highlight of Streak. We have been using Streak since the very early days (2018) so we've seen a lot of improvements come over the last several years. I also appreciate the design of being able to see emails and everything attached to a box all in one newsfeed-like layout. Being able to see everything all at once is imperative when revisiting a client's box to give yourself a synopsis before diving into something. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Streak? A minor gripe (and I mean minor! it's not a dealbreaker) I have with Streak is the occasional downtime. It is most often during the workday, which makes sense, but not having access to any of the boxes in our pipelines because they won't load due to server or other issues can be chaotic, especially if the box you're trying to see is not one you've primarily contributed to. The other thing I am hoping for future change on within Streak is the reports feature. The reports are rather weak and honestly aren't helpful to us. We aren't able to craft anything that is really valuable to our business and goals with Streak's integrated reports, so it essentially requires us to seek an outside way to build them, which also means they unfortunately cannot be housed in Streak. Server uptime has definitely gotten better over the years, so that helps us without explanation. I have also seen many feature and bug improvements come through in the newsletter and overall, that makes for a better, higher quality product.

Excellent interface and support What do you like best about Salesmate? I really like the very intuitive interface. It's easy to get ahold of it. They have a lot of very interesting functionnalities, that allows me to keep in track with my demanding clients. The support is extremely reactive. I usually get an answer within five minutes and the second level support is very very reactive. I've a few issue here and there, especially with migrating from an opponent, but it was quickly solved. They are also very open minded. I once needed a functionnality for one day from a higher plan. I just needed it for one day, in order to finish up a task. I can't think of anything in particular. The few issues I've had here and there were resolved. I did have a few functionnality suggestions, but I can't think of anything right now. Recommendations to others considering Salesmate: Make sure to be extremely aware of all functionalities. I discovered some afterwards and regretted not using them right away. Also consider the plan you want to go for. If you ever need to contact the support, make sure to be very precise and your issue will most likely be resolved fast. I needed to have a CRM that lets me follow-up with each clients individually, withouth overwhelming me with tasks. A simple example: They have a functionnality that automatically creates a to do task if the client doesn't answer the e-mail. This is extremely helpful for follow-up and it's not overwhelming. No repetitive useless work.

Salesmate’s contact management module helps users import contacts from Google, mobile and Excel files and store them in a central data repository. Users can also assign contacts and leads to their sales representatives. The solution’s pipeline view allows users to view, organize, prioritize and automate the creation of follow-up tasks for various stages of a deal. Additionally, Salesmate supports integration with various third-party applications such as Microsoft Calendar, AWeber, Mad Mimi and more. It also offers mobile applications for iOS and Android devices, which allow users to remotely manage their business operations. Services are offered on a monthly subscription basis that includes support via phone and email.
"You need Streak for sales CRM if you're using google suite!!" What do you like best about Streak? Seamless interface right inside your gmail with the CRM tools. When a customer emails you, you automatically see everything about that account from your email. Your teammates can see all interactions as well. It's totally customizable and very easy to create your own tools specific to what you want to know and track about customers and the sales process / cycle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Streak? I love the desktop features and need to spend more time in the iOS for iPhone because I haven't used it much and there must be some synch tools I'm missing out on. We stopped printing documents when we started using streak, and everyone was comfortable changing the SOPs because of the transparency and easy interface in streak. We use streak across departments, so it's benefiting cross departmental communication. It greatly helps us incorporate remote working into our daily operations, for any team member to be wherever they need to be and still tap into all of our sales and orders/customer platforms.

everything you need & nothing you don't" What do you like best about Streak? Having a CRM implemented into my main communication funnel has been crucial in how smooth & organize I am with my contacts. "Best CRM for Gmail users" What do you like best about Streak? What I like the most about Streak is that it is easy to use as a powerful worksheet over Gmail - and when you go deeper it´s a powerful CRM like no other, and a lot more! "Needed to set up cold call automation" What do you like best about Salesmate? I got it done. I shopped around for 3 moths tried out close and Zoho. "Very Adaptable" What do you like best about Salesmate? Since we don't use Salesmate for "sales" but for work order organization and customer communication, it is one of the most adaptable software we've found. From logging calls, emails (even future emails), sending text messages (even future text messages) and taking calls.
