Sylaps is an Affordable and Easy to use platform, In my freelancing days , secure communication with clients was a must, and Sylaps made it super easy, Send the link and the client can connect over audio or video call, I experienced no such lag or delay in the audio. The bit rate for calls is relatively high, so good quality overall.

It's a pretty good cloud communication in the current market. It's an audio and video meeting software tool. We just have to share the link and open the link to join the meetings on any device like mobile, laptops or desktops. The user interface is too good to use and we don't need to install any extensions to use this application.

Seamless connectivity during meetings with colleagues. Scheduling meetings are easy and while face cam is on in low network areas, audios are still clear. Best thing is that its available for all devices.

Overall, our company has been extremely pleased with Nextiva. We have had very minimal issues (most attributed to internet woes on our end) and the cell phone integration and app work flawlessly. We are often out of office/town and being able to take calls for our customers with such clarity and function has been great! I like the great connectivity that Nextiva provides our team. When calls come in, they are immediately routed to the correct individuals. If there are network issues, the app warns us to move over to call forwarding. This is very helpful for our team to make sure our customers receive great service.

Mostly, I like that it works. I don't get complaints from my people like I did with our previous Dialpad system. Free high-quality desk phones was a juice bonus. Not a difficult system to learn or use as a user.

Love this app I dont use it often but it is on my home screen and the first thing I use when I need to do a conference call to someone
I like that this software works on most platforms without needing an application regardless of Windows, iOS, or Android
There are many good features but still lacking many important ones
Like, we cannot select which speaker to be used for audio output, Password protection for room etc
Sylaps - fabulous product, highly secure, reliable, and fast."

Cons
The worries come more from the quality of the internet lines than from the product itself
I sometimes experience voice and video quality breaks but, I am not sure whether this problem originates from Sylaps."

Overall our experience with Nextiva has been pretty good
Very good the addons make the entire service worth it, if you are big on video meetings and have not use the included Amazon Chime then you have never used the best
Phone service was reliable and call quality was good
Using Nextiva we have reduced are phone bill, increased control over our phone system and added the ability to use the phone app."

Cons
I spent days asking to fix things but each time more problem and more things did not work
We were running in circles with the problems
The phone system was with a lot of technical problems
Auto attendant not working, CRM not working, SMS not working
Service is spotty, Calls get dropped, Phones disconnect from service, Voice Packets get lost
Forever ongoing contract auto-renewals without notifications to the client
We didn't even let users know they could login--it's that bad
The cost of their service just cannot compete with the rest of the market."
