Tallyfy makes managing and optimizing processes a breeze What do you like best about Tallyfy? I love that Tallyfy lets me map out complex processes into simple, actionable, repeatable steps, then quickly deploy a new process and ensure no steps are missed, while being able to assign steps of the process to different people. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Tallyfy? There's not much to dislike, I thoroughly enjoy using it. I do wish I could save blueprints in folders, but tagging works well enough. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Recommendations to others considering Tallyfy: Try it out and see if it doesn't make your work easier and more organized, process blueprints are a key way of building systems and processes that can be scaled, which is important when it comes to growing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Tallyfy solving and how is that benefiting you? I'm able to ensure I never miss any steps when I'm working through a campaign for myself or a client, and I'm able to delegate tasks to others as necessary.
Drew H.Tallyfy lets you document and automate any recurring workflow in your company. Track all your processes in real-time, on a simple and visual dashboard. Works beautifully for internal and client-facing workflows too. As an open platform, Tallyfy integrates easily to most other systems, and requires zero code to create and launch an approval workflow or business process. Tallyfy also supports conditional rules and branches using simple "if this then that" rules.
We moved from HubSpot to SharpSpring primarily because of the price: HubSpot can be very expensive, particularly if you need to use the CRM and marketing capabilities. HubSpot is the market leader in usability and reporting (in my opinion) so we did notice a difference when moving to SharpSpring, but for 95% of the activities we undertake SharpSpring is at least as good as HubSpot and often better. The grouping of landing pages into funnels is one example of some great SharpSpring functionality that helps make your campaigns more effective.

"a great app to place all your processes in the one place" What do you like best about Tallyfy? a single place to keep business processes - with an easy to use checklist when going through them - great for doucumenting steps Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Tallyfy? You do need to set aside a lot of time to create a new process- depending how many steps there are - the time saved later does make this worthwhile Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Tallyfy solving and how is that benefiting you? Keeps track of internal steps and processes

Tallyfy is being implemented to assist with streamlining certain on-boarding processes. It is being implemented across almost the entire organization in how it works to aid in the sales process as well as the internal intake process.

We were looking for a more serious tool for serious process management problems for our clients. There's a number of "pretty checklist" tools out there that wouldn't be serious contenders because it's impossible to map a flowchart into a checklist. You need features like decision trees and conditional branching to make that happen. Tallyfy is the only "simplified BPM" tool we found that came packed with strong features but was still simple enough for everyone to use

SharpSpring listens to its clients and provides an easy to use CRM. When I have a question, they have the answer! I enjoy my CRM experience with SharpSpring.

At first, I was hesitant to jump on board with SharpSpring as I have used the bulkier parent company software from Constant Contact and did not love... I thought this would be similar and I was already familiar with HubSpot's array of marketing automation applications; however, I was a little wrong! I still prefer HubSpot for larger, more profitable or sizable I guess I should say, companies. For my non-profit and social enterprise ventures, however, it is actually very much aligned to the effectiveness as the aforementioned competitor but for half the price. I like that I can get detailed analytics while setting up true smart content triggers for pre-existing materials in a way that makes sense and is strategic for my audience at the right time in the right way.

Started out fine until we realized that all the report data within SharpSpring was false. We understand that data accountability is an issue in the marketing automation industry as a whole, but SharpSpring is especially terrible at this. The fact that upper management in IT recognizes that email report data is different between what's in SharpSpring email reports, what's in SharpSpring Life Of The Lead, and what's in the exported email report excel list and subsequently admits that none of it is entirely correct is beyond me. The software is meant to provide genuinely insightful feedback to track user activity and potential conversions, however, the development team.
