Jessie ATapMango is a customer loyalty and marketing platform that allows any retail store or restaurant to create and manage their own customer loyalty program, all branded to their business. The solution empowers business in the apparel, automotive, beauty, nutrition, healthcare, and entertainment industries to build branded reward programs. TapMango enables retailers to present offers on the interactive TapMango tablet in-store, rewarding customers with points every time they check-in. The platform integrates with any existing Point of Sale (POS) system to help convert sales transactions into loyal customers. Customers can purchase services, products, and gift cards through integration with existing POS systems such as Square, Shopify, Clover, Lightspeed, and Vend, making for a fully automated system. We used Creatio to manage all our marketing and sales activities, from lead generation to contract conclusion. Creatio is also our reference tool for our service desk and customer ticket tracking. Other needs, such as time-tracking and management of some projects, are also done with Creatio. TapMango has helped us improve our loyalty and rewards program hands down! The features allow us to market our business in a variety of new ways that weren’t available through our prior provider. Our rep Faiyaz is always responsive and eager to help. When the Covid pandemic first hit Faiyaz reached out to us and set up our mobile and online ordering with in our phone call. Accepting online orders with curbside pickup was crucial during this time. I am happy to be a TapMango customer and I’m looking forward to what new features they will be adding.

We have had a great experience! Just in the short time we have been a customer (4 months)- they have already rolled out new features to really help us keep our repeat customers engaged and coming in. Amandeep is our rep, and he is extremely responsive and helpful. He makes us feel like he cares about our business being successful. Also, I have utilized the online chat feature several times, and that is a great way to connect with any questions. I felt like it was a little intimidating at first, as the platform has a ton of features, but jump in, you won’t regret it!

I have an ice cream shop and I was waiting my first 3 months to write this review and I strongly recommend this reward pos system, last year I used the competitive reward POS and cannot complaint about it. At first I was kind of no way I would not change, but after the demonstration this reward program is totally integrated and automatic with my Clover merchant system. Many many features than the competitor and better price. The support from Eric Ngo makes everything that I imagined/expected happened and he is always ready to explain and set up everything that I need no matter how many times and question I have.( Believe me, ALOT of questions). My revenue are growing as my customers are returning this is what a rewards program supposed to do and this one is the best!

"Complete solution for CRM and process automation" What do you like best about Creatio? For us the main advantages of Creatio are that the system is flexible and easily customizable. We were looking for replacements for several legacy systems running in parallel (maintaining customer details, invoicing and for CRM and sales matters). We were able to easily adapt Creatio to our requirements and received competent support from the manufacturer and the project partner involved, for example on the subject of interfaces and integrations. Creatio proved to be a powerful system that not only serves as CRM software, but also enables us to structure, control and evaluate processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Creatio? There was no Sharepoint integration out of the box. Outlook integration is there, but could be improved. Recommendations to others considering Creatio: Avoid thinking of Creatio as just CRM software. The software has considerably more potential, which should be considered when planning a project. We were able to avoid the effort of operating multiple parallel systems (multiple maintenance of data, synchronization of the data, maintenance of the softwares). At the same time, we achieve a better overview and understanding of customer needs.

The platform allowed building custom workflows to automatically assign agents to a case based on the service type. Creatio is integrated with our ticketing system to manage ticket purchases and returns. Thanks to the integration with hot spots, we have an additional opportunity to collect customer info. Beesender Chatbot helps to interact with our customers and transfer their requests. Dashboards and analytics allow to be hands-on with service efficiency.
