Sometimes it works for weeks straight. Then for some reason, my app gets disconnected, or signed out or something, and I don't know it. Of course I'm being charged for the service, but my customers can't reach me. Sometimes I don't notice that has happened for days.. maybe a week. 11/20/20 edited to 3 stars. All i have to do to fix the issue is log out and back in every day. Not ideal, but it works.

When I update it to the latest version, I try to open but it does not load at all, it fades away. Old review: The only thing you can add and it will be perfect is to add scroll down to refresh the Live visitors filter. Also, update it to fix the red notification and make it disappear immediately after the visitor leaves website. Thanks

Newest UI is still worse than the one for older versions of android but it stopped trying to personally involve me in the transcript process. Every call hangs in the monitoring until I manually remove it.

Replies text cannot be selected, only copied to the buffer, which means you can't use Google translate right in the app itself. I'm not interested in switching between two apps all the time!! There's no option to rate limit notifications: some customers with ADHD make my blood boil by sending messages every 15 seconds. Overall notifications setup is horrible. Either you get swamped with all of them, or not receive any. Also the app crashes every60min. App data is growing like crazy.No fixes ever
For some reason, they have stopped updating the official App for Android for over a month now. It sort of works, but it is also riddled with bugs and painful to use. The official version has stopped being updated in favor of the Beta branch, which is somehow even worse than the official version. It crashes 8/10 times when you try to open a chat, it's missing various crucial functions that the app is absolutely unusable without.
