Overall, TeamGantt has filled a huge gap that I was dealing with in project planning. I plan to continue using it for many years to come. I'm a huge fan of the ease of use and percent complete tracking. I've been able to use the percent complete to help estimate remaining work / budget for projects to keep stakeholders informed.

It really does what it says on the tin! Quick + easy to create and move tasks around. The interface is intuitive. If like me, you're mostly after a good Gantt chart, then Team Gantt is the fuss free, hit-the-ground-running choice.

Where TeamGantt fall short is in their overall product polish. The user experience and underlaying design is flat out annoying. Something as simple as undoing a date change can take minutes to figure out and may not even be possible if the site didn't record it in its history. Resizing the charts is a pain and you can't even resize the tasks column. The way projects are listed in the left panel is also very difficult to read and navigate. These things can all be summarized in just the UX design. The feature set is robust and I don't think its lacking anything their customers really are asking for, at this point it just needs to be giving some TLC.

Outreach reviews

At first, Outreach can look a bit overwhelming, but once you get through some early training, it will become second nature and best friend for prospecting. We also use Outreach as our dialer. What I love most is the ability to make quality drip campaigns, email sequencing that can be combined with phone and LinkedIn messaging, along with integrating with SFDC. I'm also a big fan of using Snippets which is a great way to create short sentences or data that you want to include in emails, while not going overboard on boring templates.

Being able to prospect, contact prospects, and manage accounts and pipeline all in one solution. Having the integration with Salesforce allows for efficiency and seamless workflows within the sales organization.

Using this software cut our call volume in half, we had our WORST sales month in 2 years, we had so many problems getting set up, their software crashes, notes fail to save, hubspot integration is a joke, stand alone you lose features like deal pipeline, you can not sort by last time called, their throttles don't work as explained, cannot text, the list of cons goes on and on...

Great Project Management System for Teams Tracking Many Projects
TeamGantt is perfect for the team who wants to d basic resourcing of teams or freelancers and track projects primarily through a Gantt view
It is fast and responsive
It shows a simple snapshot, yet is rich in features once you get under the surface
The layout is clean and clear
It is beautiful to look at, easy on the eye and you can personalise colours, zoom levels, timeframes etc."
Cons
Resizing the charts is a pain and you can't even resize the tasks column
The way projects are listed in the left panel is also very difficult to read and navigate
When you have several projects with a lot of tasks it becomes hard to navigate
Collapsable menus sometimes make me miss a task because it's not displayed on the chart when it's collapsed
It is also confusing how to invite and collaborate with other team members
It didn't recognize all the same categories so we had to input some stuff manually
Finally, their mobile app is basically useless."

Pros
I love how Outreach keeps me organized and I can stay on top of different email sequences while analyzing different open/respond rates
Outreach is very simple to use and has everything you need and nothing more
I'm interested to see how the platform transforms into a more robust solution in the future
Of all of the different software's and products I've used while in the workforce, outreach is my favorite one
It makes my life so much easier and helps me to be super productive every single day

Cons
I have found though, that most of the time it is user error, but sometimes errors are not clear
I don't know if its Gmail's API or on Outreach's side, but it needed a work around and was very frustrating
Annoying to setup, difficult to train team to use extremely well, but the very WORSE part about it is how horrible their customer support and their Billing department is
It's a tool that I'll look for in my next company or at least recommend
If you have a large SDR and Inside Sales force, it's just silly not to invest in this technology."
