Telenotes vs awork

The Telenotes team provide outstanding support! They are quick to answer questions by phone or email. Whether it is the app or the online portal; the functionality of the product is user friendly. The program is reliable and provides us with a great way for everyone to stay on the same page and I absolutely love the reminder emails with follow up tasks!

he biggest problem solved is being able to track the information from a call. I receive followup tasks and calendar reminders in real time and can act on the requests of my customers right away. I have talked to other sales professionals who use different CRMs and find that they don't like them and spend more non-sales time inputting their call notes, if they even remember them. Telenotes makes it EZ to input, act, and move on to the next client without having to remember all the details in my mind. They are my sales brain!

Though it gets the job done, there are often major delays. I use the program every day and every day I have to exit and re-enter the program multiple times to get the flow going again or because it stopped responding. For some reason, this software is also much slower when other people in our house are on the wifi for reasons I do not understand because no other program I use is slower when other people access the wifi.

"Good tool for work management and hour logs" What do you like best about awork? There is a way to log your time spent on tasks. You can view the monthly, weekly and daily view of hours. What do you dislike about awork? the stack view of tasks gets difficult to read if the time spent on it was 10 mins, you have to click edit in order to check the time and title for it. "Awork, an automatic project management tool." What do you like best about awork? Awork greatly organizes projects and tasks and has great integration of time tracking. We can organize customers and assign them projects which is not available in other software. It has a beautiful clear design which allows us quick and easy collaboration. I love the automation. We are not able to tag other users. I feel like priority tags are missing. The web interface consumes a high battery sometimes. The dashboard is clean which helps me keep all our work under control. there are regular feature updates that make the tool always better. The best thing I have seen when we got stuck; we can take help from guides; we have to send our difficulty to the resolution center; it will give us the best solution for our task.
