he biggest problem solved is being able to track the information from a call. I receive followup tasks and calendar reminders in real time and can act on the requests of my customers right away. Though it gets the job done, there are often major delays. I use the program every day and every day I have to exit and re-enter the program multiple times to get the flow going again or because it stopped responding. For some reason, this software is also much slower when other people in our house are on the wifi for reasons I do not understand because no other program I use is slower when other people access the wifi.

Technical support is good at sending 'canned' responses. I find myself frustrated that cirrus hasn't improved its usability. Please give me two things every month that make your 'standard' features of Gmail to SalesForce work without me having to invoke extra keystrokes or drag picklists to see all available options.

It helps sync meetings, emails and contacts to Salesforce directly through gmail and google calendar
Which is a system that all our Reps already used
We love how it can create an event or task right there in Gmail
I love Cirrus Insight so much, that I gladly put up with its issues
Because it does this automatically, and is managed from within Gmail, it makes it super easy to review contacts/accounts/opps and track emails, phone calls and meetings."
Cons
I have always had a hard time with Cirrus not working
For instance, when you restart your browser, CI will fail to load in Gmail
There is nowhere to "turn it on
" you just have to refresh the tab and wait for it to appear
No fault of Cirrus Insight
It is simply a suitability comment
Recently, for over a week they had some really bad connectivity issues where we had to login in several times per day."
