We should have done better homework prior to shifting to Pipedrive - to try and integrate our TOFU tools/tech we moved to Pipedrive's chatbot. This thing destroyed our page loaded speed and unfortunately we didn't realize it for about 6 weeks. It resulted in about 1/6th of the number of leads via the chat (which was a huge source for us). I had two customer service issues with them as well. I've spent over 30 hours dealing with them on two very basic issues and they're still not resolved yet (we don't expect them to be before we move either) Our company is extremely regretful we made the move over and based on the trust lost through this process we've decided it makes more sense to move to a more reputable platform. It has cost so much time, frustration, and money.

he biggest problem solved is being able to track the information from a call. I receive followup tasks and calendar reminders in real time and can act on the requests of my customers right away. I have talked to other sales professionals who use different CRMs and find that they don't like them and spend more non-sales time inputting their call notes, if they even remember them. Though it gets the job done, there are often major delays. I use the program every day and every day I have to exit and re-enter the program multiple times to get the flow going again or because it stopped responding. For some reason, this software is also much slower when other people in our house are on the wifi for reasons I do not understand because no other program I use is slower when other people access the wifi.

I highly recommend the Pipe drive to anyone who wants to automate bureaucratic steps in the sales process and effectively improve results and relationships with their customers

Functionality was terrible, I don't know if we misunderstood and they aren't actually a CRM system but what the product offered cannot be called a CRM
The inability to move among contacts in the same list without returning to the main list page is a waste of time
The online app is basically useless

Repetitive data entry can get boring
The only thing that is kinda confusing especially to non-technical person is on integrating with third-party tools
Most of it needs to be connected with Zapier which is again another subscription."
