I am an Author of children's books and use this product in proofreading. It is outstanding. The natural sounding voice makes it seem like a human is reading it. The software actually sees and understands punctuation. The voice changes on question marks, to sound as if they have a question. The commas are read as commas, with a pause. I highly recommend this AP for reading and assistance in reading as well as the proofreading of any type of material. Great job.

What do you like best? I was looking for something like SnatchBot. Because I have no coding knowledge, I was struggling to create and deploy chatbots for my company and SnatchBot bot building platform has really helped me on this. What do you dislike? I guess no one can dislike SnatchBot platform, at least I can’t. Recommendations to others considering the product: I am deploying chatbots on several channels such as on Line by using SnatchBot. It is amazing and so, I recommend it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It is also, to quote Gregory Michnik, a flexible tool that offers the possibility of deep scripting that can be enriched over time. Now, it is important to keep in mind that using a chatbot for certain purposes requires time in development and design to achieve a "natural" conversational system. Because as the DRNE of Bourgogne-Franche-Comté so rightly reminds us, it requires a substantial amount of scripting work when the designer has to set up everything.
