We began using Teachworks a few months ago after researching several other tutor scheduling software programs. We chose Teachworks due to it's professional design, multiple scheduling formats as well as seamless data sharing between functions. | The reporting is lacking and it is difficult to customize user reporting |
| However the biggest "miss" is still the lack of rules |
| For example, I cannot easily define a rule that says "assign all new hires in the Customer Service Department, the following training courses." |
