there have been so many requests to change the thread option and Titan has not addressed the issue. Users have been complaining about the "thread only" inbox set up. Emails get jumbled. The most recent email is not on top. I waste so much time finding the most recent email if I need to respond. It is maddening and frustrating.

Very little has happened to me but if a couple of times it has been frozen or closed alone and the analysis is not appreciated, now I do not know if it is properly the tool or the computer.

| Then the problems began as Titan suspended my account and anyone trying to e mail was sent a reply saying it was blocked due to spamming |
