there have been so many requests to change the thread option and Titan has not addressed the issue. Users have been complaining about the "thread only" inbox set up. Emails get jumbled. The most recent email is not on top. I waste so much time finding the most recent email if I need to respond. It is maddening and frustrating.

This software does what I need it to do. The customer service is what I like best - they patiently answer my questions and never make me feel stupid. They even run special queries.

From the very beginning 1Pointmail have done everything they can to help and educate us on their software and better options that would better suite our business. They are always quick to respond to problems and always seem to go above and beyond what you would expect. Free or Demo Version with limited features or resources is not available, making it difficult for first-time users to test and verify the product. Also sometimes the spam check feature is not very helpful and it runs slow on a low specification device and different browsers too.
