So far, it's been a perfectly seamless transition and allows me to forward all emails to the free gmail account I started off using for my business.

Use it with Outlook 2016. Works smoothly and very reliable. In more than two years no problem providing the service.

there have been so many requests to change the thread option and Titan has not addressed the issue. Users have been complaining about the "thread only" inbox set up. Emails get jumbled. The most recent email is not on top. I waste so much time finding the most recent email if I need to respond. It is maddening and frustrating.

It started off good, as an easy to use software but later turned into a nightmare working with their support.
