We have been using todo.vu as a tool for our practice management. todo.vu has been very useful to us in assigning and communicating allocated assignments to the team, managing budgeted hours versus actual hours, team members tracking their hours, collaborating on specific assignments and more.

YouthLaw is a community law centre that offers free legal advice to young people in NZ. We have a small team of under 10 legal staff and a slightly larger team of volunteers who help us complete our work more efficiently. We have been using todo.vu, as we needed a system that allows volunteers and the legal staff to know where each case is at in a brief summary format, what needs to be completed. With todo.vu, it is easy for each staff and volunteer to tag on and off a case. We find the timing mechanism, the date/priority mechanism and the tagging mechanism to be very helpful. "Customization to meet requirements is a key factor" What do you like best about Kissflow? I had very good support from Kissflow when I was evaluating the product. The solutions engineer allowed me to work through my thought process and gave me extra time to test the product while I worked through flushing out the process with the key stakeholder. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Kissflow? After a lot of time invested it became clear that I was using the wrong Kissflow product. That was frustrating. I find the software is limited in aspects of functionality that we needed and would have been helpful. Such as adding a hyperlink to a field and havig it be clickable. I found setting up integrations to be confusing and limited. Understanding how tasks fit into the system was confusing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Recommendations to others considering Kissflow: The software is flexible but remember that there are different Kissflow software products. I started off thinking one product was the right one and found out weeks later that a different product was actually a better fit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Kissflow solving and how is that benefiting you? I was able to get a new business unit organized with software that they were as use and liked. While I'm not sure that we will keep this process in Kissflow ;"(since it's disconnected from other software processes ) it allowed me to get this project done with quality and a satisfied user.

It is an easy to design, deploy and use Business Process Management with low code. We have been able to digitize most of our business process using kissflow and our approval process have been faster thereby reducing our cost of running business.
