Some of my favourite product features are the colour-coded importance markers and the time tab showing time spent on each task
The best thing about todo.vu is that the timer runs serverside, which means it is possible to start a timer on one device, check on it on another device, and stop the timer from yet another

Cons
Maybe sometimes it can be a little confusing to find out how to do something, but it is a usual subject
Because it is mainly a browser-based tool, there is no other mode of input for me
The UI is not modern and the UX is bit bad, which lacks the feel of using modern app
There is no mobile application provided which is essential nowadays
I noticed that this productivity package at some point remained occasionally stopped, which may have been caused by the low internet connection spikes, another problem that I cannot identify."

The on-boarding was easy, and has stood the test of time
They will work with you to perfect the system to be exactly like you want it to be
The best thing I like about this product is that its an efficient and easy way to keep all your contacts and prospects in one database
It is also free to use for up to 2 users, which is fantastic value for a voluntary project or small business
It was so easy to convert over the data from our existing Works database into Workbooks."
Cons
Lack of built in lead allocation functionality
Automated lead allocation would required custom php code
There is very little that i dis-like about this software as any issues can be raised and put into development
We are using GatorMail via Workbooks, we have had a few teething problems in rolling out the change
This drives me crazy because I run off of 3 screens and have to sign into 3 different workbooks windows
Also the modification costs can get really high since not very many programmers know Workbooks."
