Creating custom data sources with custom-defined actions allows for rapid use by teams while maintaining governance. Human-in-the-loop automation is a crucial feature for us in the regulated industry in which we participate. Tonkean's focus on this as such a foundational part of their identity is excellent. The time to market has also enabled faster delivery of new products/services to market which under COVID has been tremendous. The real power here, I think, is the clear enablement of citizen developed automations.

By allowing ops teams to automate, monitor, and manage mission-critical business processes with no-code, while still maintaining compliance and security, Tonkean enables enterprises to accelerate operational velocity at scale. Founded in 2015, Tonkean has customers like Google, EVERSANA, Instacart, Grubhub, Crypto.com, and more using the platform to optimize and align their operations across the enterprise. The Tonkean platform makes automating complex business processes simple and accessible to non-developers, such as business operations teams and process owners, by abstracting the high technical barrier and coding expertise needed to deliver robust, enterprise-grade process solutions via composability. Ops teams compose custom process solutions using building blocks called “enterprise components” or ECs. ECs are modular, interchangeable, and reusable capabilities that perform actions or complete steps in a business process. These actions take one of three forms: 1) actions on people; 2) actions on systems or data; 3) and actions that perform business logic. ECs are fully governed and curated, typically by IT. They can be created in a variety of ways. They can be adopted from vendors or custom-built, or they can simply be extensions of existing tools and systems. Tonkean also comes with an extensive library of native components. This allows ops and process experts to rapidly build holistic process solutions that can work with different systems, easily adapt to changing needs, and measure cross-functional KPIs–all with no-code and no change management. The Best All-Purpose Email Tool I've Found What do you like best about Mixmax? The scheduling functionality is second to none. It's so much nicer to be able to send customers or prospects a series of meeting times they can choose from in-line in an email, rather than sending them to a scheduling page (though they have that functionality too). What do you dislike about Mixmax? When you paste in a link, it automatically generates a link preview box. This is kind of annoying, but can be easily removed. Mixmax has completely replaced the mail merge tool we used before (YesWare), and our old scheduling / meeting booking tool (Calendly). This may sound relatively simple, but it allows us to have one tool that keeps link building outreach, sales outreach, and meeting bookings with existing clients all in one tool. We're also able to share templates across the team, keeping everyone on-message and increasing efficiency. Finally, the email tracking tools help us know whether someone has read our emails or clicked our links, which helps us to tailor our follow-ups appropriately.

Tonkean allows our operations team to drive forward efficiency or processes improvements without needing engineering to get involved. Automation capabilities allow better coordination across our teams and keep the right people involved at every step. The flexibility of the Tonkean platform is perfect for a quicky growing company. The tool has many integrations built out already, but the team is also incredibly responsive to adding new tools when needed.

"Wonderful Sales Automation Tool for SaaS Organisations" What do you like best about Mixmax? At Mentimeter we love using Mixmax. I have used many other Sales Enablement tools similar to Mixmax and Outreach. Considering that it's a scale-up Mixmax is surprisingly successful with the product improvements, customer support and ease of use of the product is very smooth. It's simple but provides you with all the functionality that you need to create a harmonious sales team automation and collaboration. My favourite features: - “Send Later” with Recommended Send Times - Using Poll in sequences - Email Sequence with personalisation option - Meeting Scheduling (with a link or available slot options) works wonderfully. "The Best Email Time-Saving Tool" What do you like best about Mixmax? Mixmax helps to eliminate the back and forth of emails when trying to find a time for meetings. I can just share quick links for times I want to meet and then the recipient can book directly. This helps me get things dones in fewer emails. Some email accounts block tracking codes that are included on outbound emails. These emails get rejected and sent back. Mixmax helps you be more efficient with email but preemptively offering meeting times and templates for common responses. This allows me to send fewer emails and get back to clients faster.

"Excellent services for all email needs" What do you like best about Mixmax? Email tracking and follow-up are a necessary part of our campaigns that allow us to follow up with clients at important times, such as shortly after they've opened a message from us!
