Creating custom data sources with custom-defined actions allows for rapid use by teams while maintaining governance. Human-in-the-loop automation is a crucial feature for us in the regulated industry in which we participate. Tonkean's focus on this as such a foundational part of their identity is excellent. The time to market has also enabled faster delivery of new products/services to market which under COVID has been tremendous. The real power here, I think, is the clear enablement of citizen developed automations.

By allowing ops teams to automate, monitor, and manage mission-critical business processes with no-code, while still maintaining compliance and security, Tonkean enables enterprises to accelerate operational velocity at scale. Founded in 2015, Tonkean has customers like Google, EVERSANA, Instacart, Grubhub, Crypto.com, and more using the platform to optimize and align their operations across the enterprise. The Tonkean platform makes automating complex business processes simple and accessible to non-developers, such as business operations teams and process owners, by abstracting the high technical barrier and coding expertise needed to deliver robust, enterprise-grade process solutions via composability. Ops teams compose custom process solutions using building blocks called “enterprise components” or ECs. ECs are modular, interchangeable, and reusable capabilities that perform actions or complete steps in a business process. These actions take one of three forms: 1) actions on people; 2) actions on systems or data; 3) and actions that perform business logic. ECs are fully governed and curated, typically by IT. They can be created in a variety of ways. They can be adopted from vendors or custom-built, or they can simply be extensions of existing tools and systems. Tonkean also comes with an extensive library of native components. This allows ops and process experts to rapidly build holistic process solutions that can work with different systems, easily adapt to changing needs, and measure cross-functional KPIs–all with no-code and no change management. Enterprises rely on Tonkean to optimize and align their operations across functions—including sales, marketing, customer support, legal, finance, and more. Excellent interface and support What do you like best about Salesmate? I really like the very intuitive interface. It's easy to get ahold of it. They have a lot of very interesting functionnalities, that allows me to keep in track with my demanding clients. The support is extremely reactive. I usually get an answer within five minutes and the second level support is very very reactive. I've a few issue here and there, especially with migrating from an opponent, but it was quickly solved. They are also very open minded. I once needed a functionnality for one day from a higher plan. I just needed it for one day, in order to finish up a task. I can't think of anything in particular. The few issues I've had here and there were resolved. I did have a few functionnality suggestions, but I can't think of anything right now. Recommendations to others considering Salesmate: Make sure to be extremely aware of all functionalities. I discovered some afterwards and regretted not using them right away. Also consider the plan you want to go for. If you ever need to contact the support, make sure to be very precise and your issue will most likely be resolved fast. I needed to have a CRM that lets me follow-up with each clients individually, withouth overwhelming me with tasks. A simple example: They have a functionnality that automatically creates a to do task if the client doesn't answer the e-mail. This is extremely helpful for follow-up and it's not overwhelming. No repetitive useless work.
Joachim M.Salesmate is a cloud-based customer relationship management (CRM) solution that caters to small and midsize businesses across various industries. Key features include contact management, sales pipeline management, email marketing and internal chat and phone integration. Salesmate’s contact management module helps users import contacts from Google, mobile and Excel files and store them in a central data repository. Users can also assign contacts and leads to their sales representatives. The solution’s pipeline view allows users to view, organize, prioritize and automate the creation of follow-up tasks for various stages of a deal. Additionally, Salesmate supports integration with various third-party applications such as Microsoft Calendar, AWeber, Mad Mimi and more. It also offers mobile applications for iOS and Android devices, which allow users to remotely manage their business operations. Services are offered on a monthly subscription basis that includes support via phone and email.
Tonkean UI is designed quite well, and super easy to understand and navigate for non-coders like myself. My Tonkean reps (Benny & Stu) are amazing and respond quickly to issues and resolve them in a timely manner.

Tonkean allows our operations team to drive forward efficiency or processes improvements without needing engineering to get involved. Automation capabilities allow better coordination across our teams and keep the right people involved at every step. The flexibility of the Tonkean platform is perfect for a quicky growing company. The tool has many integrations built out already, but the team is also incredibly responsive to adding new tools when needed.

"Needed to set up cold call automation" What do you like best about Salesmate? I got it done. I shopped around for 3 moths tried out close and Zoho. "Very Adaptable" What do you like best about Salesmate? Since we don't use Salesmate for "sales" but for work order organization and customer communication, it is one of the most adaptable software we've found. From logging calls, emails (even future emails), sending text messages (even future text messages) and taking calls.
