BY the same token, sometimes the very structure that I just praised becomes cumbersome. It can be difficult to figure out what comes next. It's not always clear how to take it to the next topic. Pros
When using the Traction Tools website for Traction Meetings, it's VERY user-friendly
When you start a meeting, it keeps everyone in the meeting on track with what there is to discuss
to-dos and tasks
Works well for alignment.
Cons
It is not quite as customizable as I wish it were and it can be a little confusing to navigate
More of a concern with the EOS methodology that we feel with this software is that sometimes it rewards solving issues with false urgency, and can make it difficult to focus on the overall strategy as we investigate issues.

The analytics are impressive and easy to understand
I love how the email campaigns can be so easily set up with drag-and-drop ease
The capabilities that I appreciate most on Active Demand are the list filterting email developer/editor

The chat function is very helpful and I almost always get an immediate response and help resolving the issues that I have."
Cons
In the actual delivery there was actually no real content or working items
Additionally, there are a ton of meaningless data entries now gumming up the running history in my CRM so that it's near impossible for me to find my last meeting notes
The user experience is horrendous
Once you know where things are, what icons mean, and get inside the head of the people who built it, you can get around with relative ease
Then you pay for something but there are several things that are not told, you are requested to pay other fees that nobody told at the beginning
My feeling is I waste lot of time, effort and money."
