The only positive thing I've experienced with Laserfiche is that it's reliable for storing documents and I can automatically see recently saved items without having to constantly refresh, but that's about it. It can store a lot but so can a lot of other data storage softwares that I've used in previous years. There are definitely better and more user-friendly programs out there.

BY the same token, sometimes the very structure that I just praised becomes cumbersome. It can be difficult to figure out what comes next. It's not always clear how to take it to the next topic. And when it comes to building Rocks or adding things to the Traction-site, it wasn't intuitive as to how to do it.

Being able to find records at your fingertips, not having to get up and search through old dusty file cabinets, and locate records quickly. I love that the public can also search weblink and get the documents they are looking for. Weblink has made our Public Records requests go down tremendously. Laserfiche has been an excellent tool for us, saving time, money and space.
