have been using the app for a little bit now and I have to say that it has been a good experience so far. Simplistic, conversational design which works because emails can be a mess. I will like to see the service able to connect to other email clients outside of Gmail which I would imagine is going to come. Also if there is a way to have a section that offers a team style message place where you can invite someone you been emailing with to a secondary workspace to share files and conversation within the app. I think that would be cool and with the app’s clean look it would work well. This is almost already there with the notes feature. Wishful thinking I think the devs on this are off to a great start. There are a lot of email clients that are out there that don’t deliver on making email simple and easy in terms of use. Looking forward to see upcoming features and how the app grows. Also please keep the app add free. Even if there is a one-time payment which is always the best or even subscription model so that the devs are funded and supported and we don’t get ads.

About Twobird

We give the use of technology to humans a lot of thought. With the help of our initial software, SoundAMP, iPhones might be used as multiband digital hearing aids to assist those with mild to severe hearing loss. Based on the realization that the iPad permitted a new sort of note-taking, particularly with increased review and replay of notes made in a class or meeting, we released Notability, the first app of its kind, in 2010. Millions of kids, families, and individuals throughout the world rely on Notability, which is consistently listed as a top selling software in the iOS App Store. Our success with Notability inspired us to consider further demands for better, more straightforward digital experiences. What if we could eliminate the need to move between apps for communication and everyday tasks? Illustration of confetti a picture of lunch at the work lunch table by Ginger Labs workers We had a lot of experience with notes, but we desired an inbox experience that combined notes, reminders, and email. We believed that since our digital lives are interactive and collaborative, so should our inboxes, which should compile all of our information for easy access in one location. Our team has been developing, testing, and breaking numerous concepts for a better communication channel for more than two years. The outcome is Twobird, a novel email app that is currently accessible on all significant desktop and mobile platforms. In order to assist users focus on what's most crucial in their digital lives and comprehend material more quickly, our goal is to develop cutting-edge apps that accommodate all learning styles. Technology can and should work for you, boosting the interactions and information that are most important, not for it to be the center of your day, in our opinion.

About SpringNotes

Markdown import/export and backlinks are now available in SpringNotes. Markdown notes, foldable outlines, backlinks, and tasks are features of SpringNotes. Write formatted Markdown notes, add to-dos and tags, sync across iPad, iPhone, and Mac, export to a number of formats, and select your preferred look from a range of vibrant themes. With the help of Tasks, Outlines, and a top-notch, free-form writing experience, the app SpringNotes offers a novel method for taking notes. With thorough support for backlinks, which allow you to mention another note from within a note and therefore create an interconnected web of notes that are simple to discover and travel between, SpringNotes supports the Zettelkasten way of taking notes. With SpringNotes, you can create beautifully formatted notes with tasks placed exactly where they go inside the note's context, then take the appropriate action to keep you on track. It also functions as a foldable outliner, enabling you to organize lengthy documents and swiftly locate and unfurl folded contents. With folded outlines, rearranging your notes (with tasks) is as simple as moving them around. This boosts productivity to a whole new level. Your notes can be organized into folders and subfolders, or you can use tags and smart-find features, like the SpringNotes Task Circle, to quickly identify notes that have unfinished tasks.

Twobird reviews

The interface is great: I like the low priority & unsubscibe, and the inbox is organized, simple and easy to look at. Unfortunately, the app is missing MAJOR features: PDFs (and many other types of attachments) can't be opened, and no attachments can EVER be downloaded (to open separately maybe), multi-selection doesn't allow most of the important organization features (labeling, moving, setting reminders), so you have to go into each one manually and do the things, also no way to print at all.

Great app, great cross-platform support. Still lacking a few key features that would make it a no-brainer. E.g. I have a Google account with more than one alias set up, but I have to remember to manually select which alias to send an email every time. (Thankfully it automatically selects the right one when replying, but not for forwarding.) The calendar support is there, but I'd love for it to support event colors since I color code many events on one of my calendars. Great potential!

I cannot wait to see how this app evolves. Things I love: - The texting-like interface---makes email feel like less of a slog - Markdown!!! - Free but with premium features, including snoozing, send later, hiding external images, etc. - Notes!!! Things that could be improved: - I don't love the interface aesthetics: --- (1) the font is chunky (especially in bold); would be amazing if there were options here. --- (2) the color highlights are dominated with eye-wateringly bright pinks and purples. I'd love to be able to turn off colors. --- (3) the icons are a little oversized

SpringNotes reviews

Really do like this foldable text outliner with drag-and-drop paragraphs (within the document). Great for structuring long manuscripts, esp. in split screen with research notes or other material on the other side. Feature Wish-list: 1. Inline insertion (markdown) of photos/images, with easy resizing (handles to pull) and alignment (left, center, right). 2. Better/more font choices. Rendering is good but readability could be better, I believe, with better choices. 3. Ability to easily split and merge note docs to create new docs. 4. Extensive drag-and-drop capability across split screen. This is a relatively new app. One to watch.

Promising app, looking forward to updates Works well so far. I look forward to other functionalities like attachment of photos (especially batch photos), and also more themes. I would also like the line spacing to be more fine-tuned, like .5 spacing. Also, better looking icons for the folders would be nice. Overall, syncing is good and this looks promising. Good luck developers!

Excellent Works as described. Takes a little getting used to when managing parent child relationships. But carries loads of info. Please add the ability to add pictures and an undo button for iPhone.

Pros & cons

Twobird

Pros
Works with Gmail and Microsoft accounts
Supports Outlook accounts
Simplicity and clean UI - works seamlessly
Cons
Can't open PDFs
Can't download attachments
Multi-selection doesn't allow most of the important organization features

SpringNotes

Pros
SpringNotes uses iCloud to sync your notes across iPad, iPhone and Mac so they remain private and secure
You are also able to export and share your notes in a variety of formats including plain text and JSON
Cons
It still needs a little polishing, and it doesn't yet have linking and back-linking among notes or I would give it five stars.
