Out of this world What do you like best about Ubeya? As a Staffing Manager responsible for the hiring, rostering and payroll management of about 300 staff max per company project, Ubeya has enabled me to organize and keep a proper track of all these important aspects thus cutting out the spreadsheet data entry mentality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Ubeya? Ubeya is just limited to live geo tracking which could be very beneficial to tracking naughty staff locations on jobs. Ubeya is unable to keep track of expensive inventory by serial number database that is given out to our staff on site which could be very helpful. Ubeya is unable to upload job descriptive documents to each chosen position before someone applies for it. Ubeya is unable to make direct payments into staff bank accounts after a job is completed with clearance a finance department. Ubeya is enabling us as a company to reach out to staff and make them aware of upcoming projects and project details without having to go they WhatsApp groups and LinkedIn posts.

AgilePoint is excellent for designing app resources and further enhancing them as we proceed with business process improvements in our project activities. Noteworthy features which I feel as best are app integrations, app development with custom templates and case management for transactions. What do you dislike about AgilePoint NX? Its documentation is limited to technical blogs & community forums and in order to build complex workflows, it requires extensive hands-on experience with AgilePoint. What problems is AgilePoint NX solving and how is that benefiting you? AgilePoint makes it all easy to work with Azure Service Bus (ASB) integration process for our order processing & customer transaction workflows. We have built the application in such a way that we obtain clarification notifications whenever a user initiates get clarity request for their orders. Its queues store all user requests until we accept & process them. Tracking of these requests is also convenient as the orders come with a timestamp upon arrival. Finally, we proceed with moving them to our report view for data export to our business mail accounts.
Ravi C.AgilePoint NX is a business process management platform that allows companies to create business applications and workflows without writing code. The product consists of an App Builder, an eForm Builder, a field-mapping utility, and reporting and analytics.
We have saved money by having to the minute hours reported through the App. We have also improved upon ensuring staff coverage for our facility- Staff is able to communicate with each other or the Managers via the app if they are unable to fulfill their shift and thereafter find a replacement prior to the shift start. It's a great tool for any size business and a great value compared to the hardwire systems available on the market today.

I searched for so many softwares that would do what I needed for my company. Majority of them were way overpriced. Ubeya was the closest software I could find to checking off majority of the boxes in my list. I have figured out ways to work around some of the things i needed in the app - primarily, I book multi day events without specific shift times, and wish their was an option to just book workers for multi days without needing to create a new shift per day. I love the customer support whenever I have a question. I love that the rate is included into the amount of workers used in a month. I love the chat/feed feature where you can send messages and ask questions to your workers - I just wish they could also respond with questions or answers directly on that feed if they have any. I would love a way to adjust the fields in the event to fields that work for me. You are able to do this in the worker profile to adjust fields, but not for the events. There are many fields in the event booking that I do not utilize and my workaround has been to just type in all my additional details in the notes section Overall, ubeya is meeting my needs for now. There is definitely room for improvement to make it the perfect staffing software, but for the price and budget in my small business, I'm looking for ways to using this for the first time this year. I've been very happy.

Their customer service is great. They are very responsive and always eager to help. The admin software has made our lives so much easier. The staff side just needs some tweaking and a more robust messaging feature needs to be rolled out.

"Best BPM Solution" What do you like best about AgilePoint NX? AgilePoint NX is extraordinarily intuitive to use with a low learning curve compared to the other BMP solutions I have used in the past while simultaneously enabling flexibility, allowing you the process to address both common and complex use case scenarios. Outside of your employer giving you access to AgilePoint NX or requesting a limited trial, it can be challenging for a single business power user or citizen developer to gain access to maintain, hone or expand their learning for an extended period. It would be great if AgilePoint provided a no-cost developer environment or a reasonably priced one for single developer users. Long term, I can only see an upside to this as such citizen developers would take this with them throughout their careers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Recommendations to others considering AgilePoint NX: Do your due diligence, if you're considering AgilePoint NX as a replacement for your current BMP solution don’t just focus on a feature-by-feature comparison but instead scalability, ease of use, ability to meet the use cases, and ability to offer new features and functionality. What problems is AgilePoint NX solving and how is that benefiting you? While an employee at Honeywell, I used AgilePoint NX as an enabler to automate many Direct and Indirect Procurement processes. Most use cases were centric on exceptions processes that were not accounted for within either our ERP systems or other IT-managed platforms, which necessitated the rapid development of tools that could fill these critical gaps. Some of these were: - Payment Term Exceptions: A process that enabled a hierarchical approval process with embedded business logic to realize deviations to payment term business objectives with 3rd party suppliers. - Waivers of Competitive Bids: A process that enabled exceptions to Honeywell's competitive bid policy. Likewise, this process supported a hierarchical approval process with embedded business logic and an SAP R/3 BAPI, allowing the process via web service API to only allow purchase requisition processing into a purchase order within the ERP after gaining proper business approvals within the process.

"Great solution helping Honeywell automate" What do you like best about AgilePoint NX? It has a lot of features and functions built in within the tool, and there is the ability to create really light weight applications to help business needs. The application build process is based on No Lo concept, so users don't really need to code anything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about AgilePoint NX? The interface could be a little more user friendly which a non IT user could use easily. The IT community finds it easy to work with the tool, but the business users don't find it too easy / user friendly to work with. Also, the availability of help / training material needs to be improved. Once again thinking about new users who need to learn how to use the tool the training materials will help. "Low Code, Highly Flexible" What do you like best about AgilePoint NX? The low-code/no-code model allows you to create workflows as quickly as you need to, but there enough connectors and activities to allow for more complex models as well. Some of the more advanced workflow activities are not as intuitive as they could be and the documentation does not always offer a good example of how they could be used, but the support team is always very helpful in sorting out questions. We have created electronic versions of multiple approval processes that supplement our ERP system, both decreasing time to approval and eliminating the paper trail. We have also improved KPI reporting through simple metric-collection forms tied to a short approval.
