Out of this world What do you like best about Ubeya? As a Staffing Manager responsible for the hiring, rostering and payroll management of about 300 staff max per company project, Ubeya has enabled me to organize and keep a proper track of all these important aspects thus cutting out the spreadsheet data entry mentality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Ubeya? Ubeya is just limited to live geo tracking which could be very beneficial to tracking naughty staff locations on jobs. Ubeya is unable to keep track of expensive inventory by serial number database that is given out to our staff on site which could be very helpful. Ubeya is unable to upload job descriptive documents to each chosen position before someone applies for it. Ubeya is unable to make direct payments into staff bank accounts after a job is completed with clearance a finance department. Ubeya is unable to integrate with other software such as Monday.com Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Ubeya solving and how is that benefiting you? Ubeya is enabling us as a company to reach out to staff and make them aware of upcoming projects and project details without having to go they WhatsApp groups and LinkedIn posts.

I need a CRM that allows me to attend to customers of wsp, inst and FB, that allows me to create bots to follow up pre and post sale, we have achieved it, but with many problems reported and many not solved. For example, if I want a bot on a birthday to congratulate a customer, you CAN'T with amoCRM, you must do manual sending the message. Another thing, in past days I reported failures that I could not enter my license and they told me "ahhhhh is that the LATAM server went down"

We have saved money by having to the minute hours reported through the App. We have also improved upon ensuring staff coverage for our facility- Staff is able to communicate with each other or the Managers via the app if they are unable to fulfill their shift and thereafter find a replacement prior to the shift start. It's a great tool for any size business and a great value compared to the hardwire systems available on the market today.

I searched for so many softwares that would do what I needed for my company. Majority of them were way overpriced. Ubeya was the closest software I could find to checking off majority of the boxes in my list. I have figured out ways to work around some of the things i needed in the app - primarily, I book multi day events without specific shift times, and wish their was an option to just book workers for multi days without needing to create a new shift per day. I love the customer support whenever I have a question. I love that the rate is included into the amount of workers used in a month. I love the chat/feed feature where you can send messages and ask questions to your workers - I just wish they could also respond with questions or answers directly on that feed if they have any. I would love a way to adjust the fields in the event to fields that work for me. You are able to do this in the worker profile to adjust fields, but not for the events. There are many fields in the event booking that I do not utilize and my workaround has been to just type in all my additional details in the notes section Overall, ubeya is meeting my needs for now. There is definitely room for improvement to make it the perfect staffing software, but for the price and budget in my small business, I'm looking for ways to using this for the first time this year. I've been very happy.

Their customer service is great. They are very responsive and always eager to help. The admin software has made our lives so much easier. The staff side just needs some tweaking and a more robust messaging feature needs to be rolled out.

AmoCRM is a content relationship management tool that offers a wide range of features, including a digital streamlined layout for sales teams to close more deals. There are integrated solution can give you numerous benefits for marketing and sales teams. It is currently being used by a marketing and sales department made up of 15 students. The students were able to teach themselves the platform and functionality very easily. With connected digital sales it makes it simple to track business sales and finances. This addresses the main problem of how do you track sales and how do you process sales data. The problem that exists in communication between sales and marketing/sales departments is diminished with amoCRM. With full email integration it makes communication easier and faster, it also makes finding and closing leads more efficient. With limited time in a day this is important for our students who run the school business.

Easy to use CRM with a lot of integrations. We use amoCRM as a primary solution to work with leads in our company. Our company has several brands and we use amoCRM to work with clients from different brands and unify our business processes in one solution. We use amoCRM for: 1. All leads from websites are added to amoCRM and stored there. 2. Call center works with these leads to call to clients, sorts lead and push them to different steps in the sales funnel, make an appointment for the clients. 3. We built the analytics of our sales and leads based on data from amoCRM.

I finally have the needed tool to give my customer service as I desired. I can finally correct the long processes into specific steps and see where the exact improvement is needed for the results we aim for. It helps to have a clear plan and easy of access for all employees to collaborate on. This benefits the intern communication and makes an administrative task a lighthearted assignment and joyful instead of draining and complicated.
