Using Upkeep has been an easy process, and it helps keep everything in one place. I also like the fact that our Operations Manager sees everything that I do, from creation of work orders, to updates, and completion of work orders.

We all like it, but the glitches are too slow at being corrected. I really don't want to switch companies but it has come up recently. I like working with the support team, they always seem very willing to help. Unfortunately the solutions they provide are hardly ever agreeable with me. I think that is usually no fault of theirs, but rather that we keep reaching the end of the program's capabilities. That is frustrating for me.

Great! Store hundreds of contacts in a cloud based database and easily zip through them. They can be tagged however you imagine. The problem is that it takes a lot of time at the end of the day/week/month/cycle to go through and categorize them. I wish there were more automated workflows.

This is a brilliant CRM tool. Reminders and task list relating to contacts is great but having emails 'bcc' everything through the CRM is a time saver!

I love the ease of using this software, the clean organization, and simple functionality
The group of individuals that helped us set up UpKeep were amazing, supportive, and informative throughout the whole process
Setting up a PM schedule was easy, fast and logical
I am still learning more about the product, but at this point, I'm a huge fan
The product is extremely easy use and responses are almost immediate
One the initial password is saved you can just store it in your favorites and fill out the firm."

Cons
I just risk that it was available to all departments without having to pay additional user fees
When filling out the tasks on the app if you make a mistake and have typed to much you can't go back and correct it because it doesn't do it in paragraph form
If there is no service then the app is useless to use
Requester's sometimes log out of it and forget what their password is."

Great task manager in my opinion
Highrise has been a tremendous help when it comes to organizing and improving my freelance business
The alerts and notification emails highlighting recent events is useful as well
I highly recommend using Highrise
Good contact data base management where I can refer back to important conversation threads which might go amiss in a busy inbox
