Automating and Simplifying WFM Tasks So You Can Focus on Value-Added Analysis What do you like best about Verint Workforce Management? Verint WFO allows me to automate many of our redundant or non-value added workforce management functions freeing us to focus on more analytical and valuable things. There is a wide range of features that allow for a great deal of customization and problem solving. Two of my favorites are the coaching module and elearning module. These benefit us two major ways. First, they allow us to optimize the scheduling of this off-phone time so that it doesnt happen as unplanned activities we neither see nor plan around. This has resulted in better, more optimized schedules. However, it also allows us to ensure EVERYONE in our organization is scheduled for coaching or elearning time. With this being a mandatory requirement for us, it brings peace of mind and involves minimal effort. These are just two examples of the ways Verint WFO has streamlined our processes and helped us become better optimized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Verint Workforce Management? Verint WFO can be overwhelming to the novice or first time user. I have been using it for almost ten years and still learn or discover something new. With that can come a learning curve which at times can be steep. I think this is both benefit and challenge. It has helped us schedule off-phone or non-productive activities in ways that involve minimal effort while yielding great results in terms of optimization. We have been freed up to focus on more critical problems or analysis rather than mundane tasks. For us, it provides insights into what's happening so we can set expectations and plan accordingly.

The solution scales to accommodate a varying number of employees, channels, schedule types, and request automation to meet the needs of mid-sized to enterprise organizations. The vendor states Verint customers have achieved: Lower costs by eliminating overstaffing and unnecessary overtime Reduced attrition rates and increased employee engagement Improved customer experience by reducing time to answer, average handle time, first contact resolution, and total resolution time Mobile options enable staff to receive alerts and manage their schedules from anywhere.
Great, customizable marketing solution with seamless integrations What do you like best about Net-Results? Net-results is a great tool to supplement your marketing and sales efforts. With seamless integration with salesforce, you can now get awesome insights about your leads directly in your salesforce widget (email and web activity). We primarily use for email marketing and monitoring site activity but also frequently use the reporting and segment tools which give so much valuable information. Support staff is also fantastic! Net-results gives me a way to view real-time web and email activity for contacts or leads we are currently pursuing, something we did not have access to before. We also have an easy way to manage our full database of contacts that allows me to stay out of Salesforce as much as possible.

Other features include sales alerts, sales workflow automation, web form builder, landing page builder and dashboards. The lead management module allows users to automate marketing workflow and tasks. Big data segmentation backs up automated list management, sales alerts, lead scoring, simple drip campaigns and lead nurturing workflows. It allows users to schedule social media posts, track and score prospective leads based on their social media activities. It provides integration with Salesforce, SugarCRM, Zapier, Microsoft Dynamics, WordPress, Magento, Google Adwords, Google Analytics, ConnectWise and others. Net-Results is offered in a subscription pricing option. It is compatible with Windows, Mac and Linux operating systems. Mobile apps for iOS is also offered. Support is provided via email and over the phone.
"Taking it to the Cloud" What do you like best about Verint Workforce Management? Verint WFM Pro has provided my contact center with accuracy, time savings, increased communication and the ability to leverage headcount where we havent been able to in the past. What do you dislike about Verint Workforce Management? Verint WFM Pro does not have the ability to keep static schedules without manual updates. What problems is Verint Workforce Management solving and how is that benefiting you? Vering WFM Pro has been continuously working with my team to ensure access and accuracy to our live chat team. I have an understanding that the connection with Salesforce at times can be difficult but that hasnt stopped the support team from finding ways to not only fix any issues but also improve the experience.

Having a very large brand ensures the customer's needs are not only taken care of but also gives you the feeling of being a part of the growth and vast opportunities the product brings from a customer standpoint. The only item that always comes to mind (which isn't precisely a bad issue) is how in-depth you could go with using Verint WFM. Our business unit in Healthcare is not only growing (a newly built in-house call center) but the type of business units are changing. "Verint WFM For the Win" What do you like best about Verint Workforce Management? I have been an active user of Verint WFM since it was Blue Pumpkin years ago. I love the ease of use of the system. The way you can customize the campaigns to meet the needs of the business. What do you dislike about Verint Workforce Management? It's minor - But I dislike the new scheduling view since the move away from Java. It provides us birdseye as well as in-depth views to our staffing, SL projections, and agent performance.

We've been on the hunt for a while for a powerful MA solution, that was easy to use, and priced for a small marketing team. Those three are very hard to find together. It's easy to find the powerful one, harder to finda powerful and easy to use one, and nearly impossible to then be able to afford it. With Net Results we have been able to easily get these benefits, which is what we set out to do: - automated emails in a drip campaign that Sales can remove people from - lead scoring and alerts that go right to the lead owner - weekly reports to each Sales person with their hottest lead - very finely tuned segments that can be used for alerts, emails, and scheduled reports - integration with Salesforce. The Sales team can basically trigger their own emails

This solved a big cost problem for us. We were overpaying with our old solution (about $80k per year). This was much more manageable and much simpler to implement/use. We realized that a lot of reasons we had purchased the old solution, in the end didn't matter and we didn't use them the way we thought we would. Finding a solution that was easier to use made work much more enjoyable.

Net-Results uses a segment driven approach that allows for easy integration of buyer personas into lead nurturing campaigns. Depending on your needs, campaigns can be quick and simple or complex, multifaceted, lead nurturing workflows. The application also provides excellent visibility into different lead channels and has pre-built integrations with different CRM systems available. Net-Results customer service is second to none.
