Verint WFM Pro has provided my contact center with accuracy, time savings, increased communication and the ability to leverage headcount where we havent been able to in the past. What do you dislike about Verint Workforce Management? Verint WFM Pro does not have the ability to keep static schedules without manual updates. What problems is Verint Workforce Management solving and how is that benefiting you? Vering WFM Pro has been continuously working with my team to ensure access and accuracy to our live chat team. I have an understanding that the connection with Salesforce at times can be difficult but that hasnt stopped the support team from finding ways to not only fix any issues but also improve the experience.

Having a very large brand ensures the customer's needs are not only taken care of but also gives you the feeling of being a part of the growth and vast opportunities the product brings from a customer standpoint. The only item that always comes to mind (which isn't precisely a bad issue) is how in-depth you could go with using Verint WFM. Our business unit in Healthcare is not only growing (a newly built in-house call center) but the type of business units are changing. Being able to utilize the Verint software to improve the systematic approach we have to schedule how helped staffing so much.

"Verint WFM For the Win" What do you like best about Verint Workforce Management? I have been an active user of Verint WFM since it was Blue Pumpkin years ago. I love the ease of use of the system. The way you can customize the campaigns to meet the needs of the business. What do you dislike about Verint Workforce Management? It's minor - But I dislike the new scheduling view since the move away from Java. It provides us birdseye as well as in-depth views to our staffing, SL projections, and agent performance.

"Best Webseries automation tool" What do you like best about Parasoft SOAtest? Clear and easy to understand project structure including environments, databanks for parameterizations, traffic viewer, response assertors. Difficult to setup and execute MQ based webseries. When working with extention tool with Java code, it's difficult to debug the error. Everytime need to go back to eclipse ide and fix issue. Problem of scheduled test suite execution solved by continuous testing platform (CTP) integrated with SOAtest parasoft. Managing the traffic details in a file and save it in project test results folder is very easy.

"Parasoft SOAtest is awesome tool for testing" What do you like best about Parasoft SOAtest? Parasoft SOATest is testing tool used to maximize quality, security, safety with easy to handle features. For automation perspective, tool should become little bit more user friendly. They can add more UI level components. Also need option for agile environment in it. We have worked on solving API performance testing, API security testing, browser based end to end testing. No coding is required, we can build stable library for test and reuse it when needed.

"Amazing product with amazing performance" What do you like best about Parasoft SOAtest? We needed to send HL7 Soap XML messages with SAML signed by Smartcards, REST and FHIR request with JWT tokens and all with SSL certificate clients. Some data from responses we needed to save so we use a Postgresql DB and the built in Repository, works great!
