Initially, we have access to the app only but now we can access their tool in the web as well. We can accept the payments or collect the payments from our customers by sending them the payment links which are generated by the Khatabook and the settlement time is instant. For accepting the payments online we don't have to set up any payment gateway, we just have to add our bank account and we are good to go.

The single threaded availability/appointments, we have several instructors that need to be scheduled in different classes at the same time or with times that overlap and getting this done is a bit of a chore - while the customer service is very good the FAQ's are a little thin
