"Very Detailed Insight Tracking" What do you like best about WebEngage? The Best thing about WebEngage is its detailed event tracking with User information which includes tracking the location, session duration, Unique Events etc. We can customize the events and organize them according to our requirements. Sometimes the tracking is a bit difficult when the site is embedded into an Iframe some sessions and page views are missed out in tracking and that doesn't give accurate data. Example: on the main page, A license key of WebEngage is implemented for tracking and the sight in the iframe has B key attached to it then the event of the B page is not tracked in the A account, and the user data is also not visible on B account. It Gives a very detailed tracking and data management where we can get data about System Attributes, User Profiles, Custom Events, and much more. We can get to see complete Analytics metrics of top events during a time span which helps in understanding the user's interest in a better way.

"Why webEngage is important for a Business whether it is B2B or B2C" What do you like best about WebEngage? I liked the Dashboard and the Personalization and Analytics feature very much, so you can target the consumer very deep and analyze your campaigns and journeys better from the dashboard, you can message on-site through personalization and in-app Which is some limitations in other tools but not in Web Engage Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. When you create a live segment, the time taken in it is not suitable for segment creation, it slows down the speed of your work because your journey and campaign are segment-dependent. Working on increasing the maximum reachability to the consumer because it is very important because reaching every consumer is the objective of our campaign, this helps in growing our business and also helps in understanding the behavior and mentality of the users. When we reach the user by breaking the consumers into segments and cohorts, then we can target the right consumer with the right communication, which increases the chances of converting the consumers.

The user interface is easy to understand and even a non technical person can easily understand the platforms and features that it offers. Video based learning should be encouraged, while keeping the focus on customer experience and learning also in marketing automation and provide a sense of data collection as well as analytics along with learning the marketing aspects with business keywords and KT sessions with Customers. It allows me to track users actions on the platform and allow users to understand user motives by drop down funnels, they help us create useful journeys and allow people to understand teh platform with sleek and easy to understand user flow.

"Best BPM Solution" What do you like best about AgilePoint NX? AgilePoint NX is extraordinarily intuitive to use with a low learning curve compared to the other BMP solutions I have used in the past while simultaneously enabling flexibility, allowing you the process to address both common and complex use case scenarios. Outside of your employer giving you access to AgilePoint NX or requesting a limited trial, it can be challenging for a single business power user or citizen developer to gain access to maintain, hone or expand their learning for an extended period. It would be great if AgilePoint provided a no-cost developer environment or a reasonably priced one for single developer users. Recommendations to others considering AgilePoint NX: Do your due diligence, if you're considering AgilePoint NX as a replacement for your current BMP solution don’t just focus on a feature-by-feature comparison but instead scalability, ease of use, ability to meet the use cases, and ability to offer new features and functionality. I think you’ll discover that AgilePoint NX is uniquely positioned in the BPM space as not only its leader but its leader in innovation as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is AgilePoint NX solving and how is that benefiting you? While an employee at Honeywell, I used AgilePoint NX as an enabler to automate many Direct and Indirect Procurement processes. Most use cases were centric on exceptions processes that were not accounted for within either our ERP systems or other IT-managed platforms, which necessitated the rapid development of tools that could fill these critical gaps. Some of these were: - Payment Term Exceptions: A process that enabled a hierarchical approval process with embedded business logic to realize deviations to payment term business objectives with 3rd party suppliers. - Waivers of Competitive Bids: A process that enabled exceptions to Honeywell's competitive bid policy. Likewise, this process supported a hierarchical approval process with embedded business logic and an SAP R/3 BAPI, allowing the process via web service API to only allow purchase requisition processing into a purchase order within the ERP after gaining proper business approvals within the process.

"Great solution helping Honeywell automate" What do you like best about AgilePoint NX? It has a lot of features and functions built in within the tool, and there is the ability to create really light weight applications to help business needs. The application build process is based on No Lo concept, so users don't really need to code anything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about AgilePoint NX? The interface could be a little more user friendly which a non IT user could use easily. The IT community finds it easy to work with the tool, but the business users don't find it too easy / user friendly to work with. Also, the availability of help / training material needs to be improved. Once again thinking about new users who need to learn how to use the tool the training materials will help. We've let go of our legacy, home grown solutions and migrated those to AgilePoint hence helping us get better from a security and vulnerability stand point. AgilePoint is now being used by many SBGs to automate their processes and to integrate with SharePoint both in the cloud and On Premise to help run business processes.

"Low Code, Highly Flexible" What do you like best about AgilePoint NX? The low-code/no-code model allows you to create workflows as quickly as you need to, but there enough connectors and activities to allow for more complex models as well. Some of the more advanced workflow activities are not as intuitive as they could be and the documentation does not always offer a good example of how they could be used, but the support team is always very helpful in sorting out questions. We have created electronic versions of multiple approval processes that supplement our ERP system, both decreasing time to approval and eliminating the paper trail. We have also improved KPI reporting through simple metric-collection forms tied to a short approval.
