Using WebEngage integration on our platforms(mobile/desktop/app) we are sending personalized remarketing communication to users in order to improve our conversion funnel on journey abandonment. Great, customizable marketing solution with seamless integrations What do you like best about Net-Results? Net-results is a great tool to supplement your marketing and sales efforts. With seamless integration with salesforce, you can now get awesome insights about your leads directly in your salesforce widget (email and web activity). We primarily use for email marketing and monitoring site activity but also frequently use the reporting and segment tools which give so much valuable information. Support staff is also fantastic! Net-results gives me a way to view real-time web and email activity for contacts or leads we are currently pursuing, something we did not have access to before. We also have an easy way to manage our full database of contacts that allows me to stay out of Salesforce as much as possible.

Other features include sales alerts, sales workflow automation, web form builder, landing page builder and dashboards. The lead management module allows users to automate marketing workflow and tasks. Big data segmentation backs up automated list management, sales alerts, lead scoring, simple drip campaigns and lead nurturing workflows. It allows users to schedule social media posts, track and score prospective leads based on their social media activities. It provides integration with Salesforce, SugarCRM, Zapier, Microsoft Dynamics, WordPress, Magento, Google Adwords, Google Analytics, ConnectWise and others. Net-Results is offered in a subscription pricing option. It is compatible with Windows, Mac and Linux operating systems. Mobile apps for iOS is also offered. Support is provided via email and over the phone.
"Very Detailed Insight Tracking" What do you like best about WebEngage? The Best thing about WebEngage is its detailed event tracking with User information which includes tracking the location, session duration, Unique Events etc. We can customize the events and organize them according to our requirements. Sometimes the tracking is a bit difficult when the site is embedded into an Iframe some sessions and page views are missed out in tracking and that doesn't give accurate data. Example: on the main page, A license key of WebEngage is implemented for tracking and the sight in the iframe has B key attached to it then the event of the B page is not tracked in the A account, and the user data is also not visible on B account. It Gives a very detailed tracking and data management where we can get data about System Attributes, User Profiles, Custom Events, and much more. We can get to see complete Analytics metrics of top events during a time span which helps in understanding the user's interest in a better way.

When you create a live segment, the time taken in it is not suitable for segment creation, it slows down the speed of your work because your journey and campaign are segment-dependent. Working on increasing the maximum reachability to the consumer because it is very important because reaching every consumer is the objective of our campaign, this helps in growing our business and also helps in understanding the behavior and mentality of the users. When we reach the user by breaking the consumers into segments and cohorts, then we can target the right consumer with the right communication, which increases the chances of converting the consumers.

The user interface is easy to understand and even a non technical person can easily understand the platforms and features that it offers. Video based learning should be encouraged, while keeping the focus on customer experience and learning also in marketing automation and provide a sense of data collection as well as analytics along with learning the marketing aspects with business keywords and KT sessions with Customers. We've been on the hunt for a while for a powerful MA solution, that was easy to use, and priced for a small marketing team. Those three are very hard to find together. It's easy to find the powerful one, harder to finda powerful and easy to use one, and nearly impossible to then be able to afford it. With Net Results we have been able to easily get these benefits, which is what we set out to do: - automated emails in a drip campaign that Sales can remove people from - lead scoring and alerts that go right to the lead owner - weekly reports to each Sales person with their hottest lead - very finely tuned segments that can be used for alerts, emails, and scheduled reports - integration with Salesforce. The Sales team can basically trigger their own emails

This solved a big cost problem for us. We were overpaying with our old solution (about $80k per year). This was much more manageable and much simpler to implement/use. We realized that a lot of reasons we had purchased the old solution, in the end didn't matter and we didn't use them the way we thought we would. Finding a solution that was easier to use made work much more enjoyable.

Depending on your needs, campaigns can be quick and simple or complex, multifaceted, lead nurturing workflows. The application also provides excellent visibility into different lead channels and has pre-built integrations with different CRM systems available. Net-Results customer service is second to none.
