"Very Detailed Insight Tracking" What do you like best about WebEngage? The Best thing about WebEngage is its detailed event tracking with User information which includes tracking the location, session duration, Unique Events etc. We can customize the events and organize them according to our requirements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about WebEngage? Sometimes the tracking is a bit difficult when the site is embedded into an Iframe some sessions and page views are missed out in tracking and that doesn't give accurate data. Example: on the main page, A license key of WebEngage is implemented for tracking and the sight in the iframe has B key attached to it then the event of the B page is not tracked in the A account, and the user data is also not visible on B account. It Gives a very detailed tracking and data management where we can get data about System Attributes, User Profiles, Custom Events, and much more. We can get to see complete Analytics metrics of top events during a time span which helps in understanding the user's interest in a better way.

"Why webEngage is important for a Business whether it is B2B or B2C" What do you like best about WebEngage? I liked the Dashboard and the Personalization and Analytics feature very much, so you can target the consumer very deep and analyze your campaigns and journeys better from the dashboard, you can message on-site through personalization and in-app Which is some limitations in other tools but not in Web Engage Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about WebEngage? When you create a live segment, the time taken in it is not suitable for segment creation, it slows down the speed of your work because your journey and campaign are segment-dependent. Working on increasing the maximum reachability to the consumer because it is very important because reaching every consumer is the objective of our campaign, this helps in growing our business and also helps in understanding the behavior and mentality of the users. When we reach the user by breaking the consumers into segments and cohorts, then we can target the right consumer with the right communication, which increases the chances of converting the consumers.

The user interface is easy to understand and even a non technical person can easily understand the platforms and features that it offers. Video based learning should be encouraged, while keeping the focus on customer experience and learning also in marketing automation and provide a sense of data collection as well as analytics along with learning the marketing aspects with business keywords and KT sessions with Customers. It allows me to track users actions on the platform and allow users to understand user motives by drop down funnels, they help us create useful journeys and allow people to understand teh platform with sleek and easy to understand user flow.

"Best Automation tool for scheduling and monitoring jobs." What do you like best about Redwood Software? This tool helps us to schedule and monitor the jobs related to SAP modules like FI, MM, SD, HR etc. It also provides the cancellation, start, and restart of the process for the running jobs at the same time as per the business requirements. As per the monitoring perspective, we can easily track the status of the job and if any error is countered we can easily solve that issue by the given familiar functions. According to me, there is no dislike point or comment because redwood is already doing a great job in the automation tool sector. What problems is Redwood Software solving and how is that benefiting you? The best key point about redwood is that we can keep multiple module jobs in a single platform i.e. APPLICATION TAB. It is very familiar and easy to use for everyone whether it is an expert consultant or a fresher. In Redwood, we can easily check/track all the running jobs in the system at the same time if there is any failure/ error found we can resolve that with the help of their related SAP module functional member as well as also able to check the status of completed jobs on time.

"Web based Redwood software to manage processes" What do you like best about Redwood Software? Redwood's interface is user-friendly. Renewal of the redwood license can be done using the script by just copying text from the .text file from begin license to end license. We can set auto-refresh timing in redwood, which refreshes the current page as well as the job status during time interval. clicking on "I" button at the top right corner provides the information of the version we are using, online help through documentation as well as help support are the eye catching of redwood software. There might be some actions which we cant perform in redwood which is actually negotiable like performing some of the actions on jobs/objects is restricted due to security policy or the duplication of job definition/process is not possble. Redwood only allows us to write SQL queries/ scripts which might sometimes lack in fulfilling user requirement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Recommendations to others considering Redwood Software: My suggestion if your looking for automation software just go for redwood. Definetly no turning back or no regrets on making the decision. It is easy to edit the scheduled job, but should be careful in selecting edit the recurrance or edit the current process. we can add as many queue of our choice to distinguish the connection between different objects like we have HCM queue, GTG queue, CRM queues etc which makes life easier for redwood user. for Jsox audit purpose every month we retrive failed job report through xml file and also can download any report of our choice. Most important feature is we can download joblog.log file which contains data information of a particular job run wheather it is for completed or killed job. So it will be easy for functional team to analyse the issue and work on it.

"Redwood software fulfills top level management functions." What do you like best about Redwood Software? Redwood tool does organising, monitoring, controlling, and scheduling all jobs and activities. Redwood software holds the overall control of work performance. In Redwood, we can configure all types of functional application jobs like PI, FI, MFG, SC, BW, BODS etc. Redwood also contains documentation of each job and its history and statistics. where all of these are limited in some other automation tools. In redwood, we can run a job on an Adhoc basis or we can schedule a job for future dated runs. But we can't write a logic to run a job with past dates. What problems is Redwood Software solving and how is that benefiting you? we do retain job and its statistics for certain period of time by choosing the retention period. Whenever we want to configure and schedule a job in redwood and its run should not happen currently or in future , we choose hold on submit which is an option to hold the jobs until all the parameters are entered properly and all user requirements are satisfied.

The ability to organize functions into applications is very helpful
Events such as a file watcher to kick off a process when a file is detected are done very well

The documentation is lacking severely, many times even leading to a suggestion of paying for professional services to figure out processes
Also not updating documentation when a new release makes the old documentation obsolete.AS400/iSeries has been a constant battle since inception, once an update fixes one thing, another seems to break within the AS400/iSeries space, and sometimes the fixes don't actually fix the issue
Over time now this has gotten much beter.Allowing an issue to go back and forth within a ticket countless times (sometimes over 40 responses) without just getting everyone together on a meeting
Update - this has gotten much better with time.
