Google drive backups can't be restored if you've been chatting a lot for years and get a new phone. Just hangs for hours then fails. The experience of getting a new phone is horrible. You lose your messages every time despite taking up Google Drive space. Local back ups? I can't tell what those files are good for either. Very upsetting. Even Signal allows you to back up to an encrypted file.

Dog water app. Frustrating UI. Cannot properly sync contacts with phone contact list. Cannot verify account via email--phone only, which is very inconvenient. Each picture must be downloaded to the phone, taking internal space. Cannot log in on multiple devices as advertised. Calling is unreliable on WiFi and data. But hey, this is Meta, not sure why I expected a quality product.

I give it 3 stars because, I really appreciate for this app, that allows us to communicate ever abroad. However, I couldn't get any pictures or anything else to get sent. There's a box indicating that I should do the setting I did the setting and still I couldn't send pictures, it kept showing me that little box about setting, I go to setting do all the things there and nothing happens.

Interesting concept, but missed the mark, uploaded couple years worth of chat with videos, pictures, voice... took an hour or 2 to complete only to be told that the pictures videos and voice I would have to add manually, which defeats the purpose of the app. Hopefully they figure it out in the future, but right now unless you're doing a short chat and easily can upload the videos and voice..not worth the time .

This product is top quality - a beautiful book has been received. The communication from the team was excellent also - very prompt replies to all questions. App was easy to use and this gorgeous book documents our love story. Would unhesitatingly recommend.

In all honesty, I found this all a bit average. The app only allows you to do so much and it really needs to be done on a desktop. You have no freedom in making the text bigger or moving the whatsapp message around to space it out - so instead everything was squeezed onto 28 pages and then i had 16 pages or so of blankness. When the book arrived in the post it had been stuffed into the packaging as the front cover and the first 5 or so pages was bent over. It is what it is, but far from impressed and won't use again. On a side note, I wasn't even going to write a review but Zapptales emailed me asking for one...there you go.
