The feelings of the characters you choose are good from the start, but it would be wonderful for the user if you could choose between different emotions for each voice-over character.

It is ideal for e-learning, presentations, YouTube videos, and improving your website's accessibility. This text to speech service uses high quality, realistic male, female, or neutral voices. You can use this service to improve your listening and speaking skills, as well as to perfect your pronunciation. While doing something else, you can listen to any written materials in authentic voices. You can choose the speech rate to slow down or speed up the voice and replay the audio as many times as you want with this tool. If you need to use this service, there are many accents available: Australian English, French, American English, French Canadian, and Brazilian Portuguese are all acceptable. It works really well, but in order to make it work, I have to host the text I want as a webpage and that is really annoying. Unfortunately, google makes the only good and free tts voice in existence, so I'm stuck with these annoyances until they are fixed.

It is broken and has been for a while. It seems to stop in the middle or at the end of long paragraphs as though there is some sort of character limit. It seems this might be a problem with Chrome's TTS api though since other TTS extensions seem to be having the same problem. It also will skip paragraphs when using the forward or back buttons. Seems the developer might have given up on this project. Which is sad since this was one of my favorite Chrome extensions.
