The setup as far as utilizing the A.I. voices on the Murf A.I. website is clear and precise. My favorite options are choosing the various ethnic voices (for example African Americans, Hispanics and other amazing English voices). And, I am easily able to manipulate Murf's voice by utilizing pauses, and emphasis. Also, I can upload my script or video, directly to the Murf website. From there, I can audition which voice sounds the best for my narration or, character. Let me not forget the prompt response from customer service. I've recently incorporated long and involved scripts and characters using the voices from Murf A.I. in my Urban Scare podcast. Since I pay monthly and usually do not use up my allotted words, I wish there was a way of recalculating the time each month so I wouldn't have to start from the beginning.
