As Idaho's Manufacturing Extension Partnership, TechHelp has team members and consultants work our of each of our three state universities. For years we struggled to work, communicate and manage our business across the different systems used by each university. With the advent of cloud based CRM systems, we began experimenting with all of the top tools but found them lacking. Most were too "salesy" and focused on the front end sales cycle. They lacked integrated modules for project and account management. It turned out that we were looking for more than a CRM. We used to face a lot of problems while demoing from the conventional methods, walnut changed that for us, it easy to use and flexible, we can edit storylines based on our client requirements without working on it for a longer period of time, it saves a lot of time which was not the case before, this I think is the most important and fun part of walnut. have three favorite areas of Worketc. First, it is an excellent CRM database which lets us keep track of our customer info. We can drill down to a customer record and see all of their tickets, invoices, etc in one place. Second we love worketc for the support tickets. Attached to customer records we keep track of all support requests with these. Thirdly, we love worketc for the billing. We can keep track of time our techs spend right inside of worketc, attached to the ticket. When its time to bill, its jsut click a couple of buttons and boom... customer billed!

I would like the ability to review/audit what has been completed on a particular job and by what user (job Auditing) Would also like other Invoicing integrations but they do have full integrations with some Accounting software like quickbooks already.

The ability of Walnut to make edits on any screenshots on the go, and also the ability to copy an entire HTML to create a mockup of our own is the best feature so far! The latest feature that has been released called Smart Objects makes it easier for us to take screenshots of an entire tab or a sub-tab and use it in different screenshots. Also, the option to add guides as well as the links makes it easier to have a hybrid screenshot that can cater to both the needs, which includes Guided screenshots as well as navigation-related screenshots. Overall, the software makes life easy when it comes to building a demo within a very short deadline. Also, the software always keeps on upgrading its capabilities to provide solutions to better use cases.

There's a lot that I like about Walnut. Firstly, it's a great tool for building sales demonstrations for all audiences. I'm able to wow audiences like never before. I think of it as the "canva" of pre-sales because there's no design experience required. It's very easy to make a design and duplicate it with minor edits for each client.

There are quite a few things that I like about Walnut. Firstly, the quality of support is really good. I am in a new role and that comes with a lot of learning. I’ve never had to wait more than 3 hours for a solution, and any issues that I have with their product are usually solved within a few minutes. Secondly, I have created more than 25 demonstrations based on one template. It’s really scalable. I tested demonstrations until I found one with the best conversion rate, and then I doubled down. Walnut made this process seamless and all I had to focus on was presenting. Thirdly, I am able to embed the demonstration in every format that I’ve tried. We sometimes work in a legacy space and many of our clients are technologically challenged, but Walnut made demonstrations are always usable.
