"Biggest automation platform in all format" What do you like best about Worksoft Certify? -Being scriptless is the best part about this tool -Working with the IF/While loops is extremely easy to understand and use. -An easy integration with third party tools makes this tool the top scriptless tool in the market. -Automation of SAP to create processes using Livetouch, Process Capture is very feasible. "Worksoft Certify is a robust cross-application automation tool" What do you like best about Worksoft Certify? No coding experience is required to automate with Worksoft Certify and test cases are easily executable directly from the tool. Reports are easily available inside Certify and are in user-friendly and readable format. There's also a selection of report types and test data management is also much better than other tools with the use of layout-recordset concept. It also has excellent interfacing with SAP, Mobile and Web applications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Worksoft Certify? As coding is not involved it provides lesser flexibility in terms of maintaining code logic and makes it more difficult to add condition case blocks. What problems is Worksoft Certify solving and how is that benefiting you? Certify is helping us automate SAP, Web and Silverlight applications at a fast pace. Benefits include test robustness, ease of execution and automation, and reporting.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope Development of Automated Processes in Certify in SAP PM, FI, SD, PP and MM Modules. Helping the customer to build the logic for their business process scripts development using Certify. Troubleshooting the scripts if there is any failure as a part of regular execution and fixing the issues based on functionality changes. Performed HP ALM/QC integration with Certify to get the requirements from the HP Functional/Regression Tester. Executing scripts and Report generation.

"Intercom is a great Customer Support tool" What do you like best about Intercom? Intercom's new inbox is great and we have seen a huge increase in our support team's speed by using it. The platform is overall easy to use and integrates well with our tech stack. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Intercom? Based on the above we wanted to take advantage of one of their higher tiers. Frankly speaking, working with their Sales team has been a real pain and detractor. They firstly want to try and use Intercom for the whole sales cycle which is not great, and conversations that would take 5 minutes if you just hopped on a call, drag out for days. We are also migrating over to an EU bucket from their current US bucket, and again their Sales team has not been especially helpful in addressing specific areas of concern around this. Migrations have a number of different areas to consider and you can feel that the Sales team just want to "get the deal done." It has made us second guess our entire upgrade.

"The benchmark of all chats." What do you like best about Intercom? Intercom is by far the leader in live chat software, from its capabilities and reach to its versatility via extensions, you can do so much with it and when your users interact with it, the experience is immediately familiar to them, which makes it feel simple and reliable. With added HIPAA compliance, you can do so much for your medical practice, we've included it in our mobile app and website and patients love using it. I would say that it's worth every penny. People are famliar with Intercom's experience so they will trust in your brand!
